This service may work for urban areas, but not for rural ones. First, the speed is so low most of the time. Second, the customer services is lacking, when an issue arise with lack of connection to internet, they never acknowledge it is a problem, the only advices were "unplug" and plug again. After months of dealing with it I canceled the service, and it was the best decision since I contracted with them.

I had Cal Net installed today and my installation guy Jason, did and outstanding job with everything. He was super kind and made sure all my questions were answered and most importantly did a great job installing my equipment. Highly recommend and very professional. Thank you again, Jason!!

Friendly, competent installation and setup despite a few technical issues. These guys worked in the hot sun, to try multiple ways to mount an antenna for a good signal, (finally getting that good signal) with no complaints. I'm still surprised they were so helpful.

We called due to connection problems. The technician, Jesse, showed up and was very courteous. He ran some tests to diagnose the problem and made some part swaps to get us up and running again. All the while explaining what he was doing and answering our question as well. Great technician working for a good customer service oriented company. Thanks Jesse and Calnet.

Randell was outstanding. In 25 years with Motherload and Calnet this is the best service we have ever had. He solved our “old equipment outage” and improved our service on the spot. Great personality too. Calnet better work to keep this guy!

The service took a bit longer than expected because new problems kept coming up. But the service was thorough and all of the problems were fixed in a timely manner. They were very friendly and answered all of our questions.

Randall who installed pur antenna was great. Very committed to customer satisfaction... he took care in where to install the antenna and how to route the wire to address my concerns and to minimize impact on the aesthetics of the house.

Paul was amazing! He found a signal with a lot trees in the way. He did a great job mounting the satellite and hid the wires to make everything look clean.

Jesse was a phenomenal technician! Him and cal net came to save the DAY when another internet provider couldn’t stack up to what my household needed. Jesse not only upped the speed that the other company told me wasn’t available, he went above and beyond to share with me that we could even go up another 10mb if we wanted to. Jesse took the time to make sure our cal net dish and the wiring for it was hidden from view. Jesse also explained everything about our new service to me, walked me through what he did, and set our home up for success long after he left. As I type, the internet service that Jesse set up for my family is speeeeeedyy and we couldn’t be more thankful! Jesse, thank you, and cal net, you rock!

We have been with CalNet from the very beginning and have always had excellent service. This is the 1st time we have had Paul out to the house. Requesting him from now on. I had some stubborn issues recently and it was tough for the support folk’s to understand and resolve it. Randall came out and changed some things around and did an awesome job. He’s super knowledgeable and has an awesome customer focus. I couldn’t be happier with his work and really glad the organization has him on the Team. Jesse was thorough and very polite. Overcame all obstacles he encountered during the install. I now have solid internet and a good installation. I was well informed of resources available to customers and extra or different options on my current account. I had a rather long cable run to my satellite due to my property, and Jesse made simple work out of it. Thank you so much
