These guys basically stole $2000 from me.I went in to pick up a transmission that was supposed to be waiting for me... but since it had been raining for a few days, they couldn't get to it in the yard, so they offered to freight it to me since I came in from like 3h away. It's been 2 months of calling every week, and lately every day, and I haven't see any refund, or gotten any indication that they're going to send me the part.

Read the rest of the reviews. This guy is a scam artist, he will tell you the parts are good, when he is fully aware they are bad. Avoid this place at all costs. Your better off going to pick and pull

I'm so upset. Constant communication. I needed the knuckle for my truck. $125? I got a freakin' hub wrapped in a beer box. Called over & over again! Very rude attitude! I got charged for the hub they sent me by "mistake", but gaslighted me & told me that's what I ordered. Pretty sure knuckle & hub are not phonetically similar. Whatever. He said I have to send it back & pay for shipping... and had to nerve to ask me how long I've been in business. Long enough to know if you messed up, you correct your mistake. YOU messed up. Then you charge me ANOTHER $125 for the part I actually needed?!?! Don't have the part I needed & stuck with a part I didn't need & a $250 charge for literally NOTHING. Got charged for 2 parts, one never recieved, one wrong. You're going to black balled. I never write reviews, but this is absolutely despicable.

I tried to work with these guys i order a part on September 9th. when i paid for it they said it was all good then they called me back and asked a bit more for shipping witch was fine. when I called to ask for a tracking number they told me they would call me later but I would never get the phone call. I gave them a call Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays and would answer they either put me on hold or hang up on me. WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

BEWARE!!! My uncle purchased an engine for a Subaru Impreza in March of this year, initially they sent us a bad engine so we had to drive 3 hours to exchange the engine for a working one. They said they were going to have it tested first to make sure it was in fact a bad motor of which after their “testing” it was a bad motor. After returning the engine and waiting months with nothing but bullcrap from these people we still have received nothing no phone call notta and it is the end of September!!!!!! They will try to still your money so be weary of doing business with them they are thieves and liars.

My experience with Bonanza was really great. My 1992 Pathfinder was stolen off the street in SF, and the thief totally bent up my steering wheel wrangling a Club off. Amazingly, they had a 1992 in the yard that matched my burgundy red interior, and they shipped the new steering wheel to me within a few days. The cost was completely reasonable, and they were responsive and professional.

Bob, I hope you read this...I hope Bonanza has fire insurance...or not, doesn't really matter. You can only run so far from karma Bob. Soon it WILL catch up to you and then, you will be burned. You can't keep doing all these people wrong without paying the price...so, good luck Bob. Maybe someone will say a prayer for you...but I have my doubts if anyone cares enough to do so. The End. (like he knows how to read anyways)

Was told a door would be $275, but would be $75 if I brought my old door. (Sub $100 is typical) after driving out there for over an hour and waiting half an hour at the gate I was told my old door would bring the price down by $75, thus the door will cost $200 and not $75. Was the owner intentionally misleading? You be the judge of that.

They will tell you they have the part you need, it's a lie to get the sale. They won't refund anything even if it's their fault. They will leave you on hold then block your calls even if your polite & patient. Best bet, if you dare, pay with a credit card that offers a guarantee & a dispute process & download a Dept of Consumer Affairs complaint form & use it!

I would not recommend this place, said the part would be pulled and ready. Called to make sure, cause the drive I was gonna make they knew nothing about it. Got 3 different quotes, no communication or call backs. Guess i should've looked up the reviews before going to them. Worse experience ever.

I wish that I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. They seemed legit, and the price they wanted to charge was about what I expected. The gentleman on the phone took my info and credit card number and said he would have the part pulled and charge me when he got it.So, later that day my car was charged but there was no email or text with a tracking number. He said he someone would call me with it the following Monday (it was Friday afternoon). No call. Called Monday and he gave me a number for some shipper I'd never heard of that supposedly works with FedEx. The tracking number didn't work for them or FedEx, and when I called them, they said they only shipped heavy freight items (not the small item I ordered). Called back and he said the office manager would call me back.I eventually gave up and called my credit card company to reverse the charges. I don't understand how they can run a business this way. They wasted my time and theirs and in the end they didn't make any money. Don't EVER buy anything from the place unless you go in person and pay for the part once it is in your hands. In my case that wasn't possible.
