The owner is so friendly and put my suburban up in the air went over everything with me showed me some things wrong with my muffler had so many holes in it I could have took a machine gun and shot it he put it all back together fix my truck if anybody need to have their vehicles done from the drive shaft to mufflers take it to this company they are the best great personality friendly and good price even though I live in Folsom California five star I'll give them a 10 star from now on anybody I know I'm sending them there I don't care how far we live, suburban sound good drive good can't beat it”
“I came to this mechanic for a second opinion. I was told by another local shop that it was my water pump. This mechanic found the real issue in less than 15 minutes. Loose bolts causing the leak. He saved me just over 1 thousand and I was able to fix it myself. Thank for being a professional and honest mechanic. Until this shop closes I will be continuing going here.”

“We were traveling through the area last week with our travel trailer on our way to a family camping trip at Lake Tahoe when our Chevrolet diesel truck had a problem with the fuel pump. The truck would not start. We started making calls, lots of calls. Many of the local repair shops would not work on a diesel truck, some did not have time that day, others simply did not want to deal with us-diesel truck, trailer attached, 2 dogs, emotions running high. Husband was able to get the truck started but we felt we needed to have it checked out. Somehow we hit upon Infinite Diesel & UTV. We called and Mike said come on in, he had several workers that day and may be able to help us.
Amazingly, this place was only a couple of miles from where we were. Mike was very helpful, understanding, and compassionate about our situation. We (myself, husband, one big dog and one small dog) spent the afternoon in his office with AC while his team fixed up our fuel pump. They got us back on the road and we were able to meet up with our family that evening. I am very grateful to Mike and Infinite Diesel & UTV.”

“Max at ground control provides exceptional customer service. I came as a second hand customer, and he generously guided me through the setup my car had from the previous owner of my vehicle. Max was patient, very knowledgeable about my dated setup, and eager to make sure I was making the right choice for my vehicle when I asked about replacing parts / reconverting back to stock despite my many questions. I would highly recommend working with Ground Control based on this experience.
Regarding product, the vehicle I own had been driving on their coilover setup for nearly 8 years and some 50k miles before anything began to wear with a good amount of that on bad Chicagoland streets. I'm no expert, but I'm going to rate the product as recommendable as well.”
“I have absolutely no complaints about this place. I go there routinely for oils changes and such and they make it easy to just drop my car off and pick it up later. They also offer for me to wait there in their lobby which has amenities in it. But my real review is about when my stem on my tire broke and I came out from work with a flat tire. They took it in that day took my spare off fixed my old tire and sent me off that day.
THEN the next day the same tire was flat because I apparently ran over a nail...
I called them again and they fixed it again same day also no charge for both of those services and the charges for oils changes and other maintenance are cheap and I get coupons mailed often.
I would highly recommend this place.”
“Brandon in the service department is awesome! I brought in my car with multiple concerns that were quoted to me from a different shop. The report they gave me was very comprehensive and included high quality videos and pictures. Brandon walked me through each service and was honest with me on which were higher priorities. When I told him that my brother can fix most things on my car and that I was going to ask him first before committing, he supported me and didn’t try to scare me into getting any service immediately like most other repair shops. I ended up getting some part quotes for my own repairs, and got the messy repairs done here. The best part of this dealer is they always do the inspection and fluid top off, as well as an outside wash and window wash complimentary.
Bonus points for the VERY cool Forester and Brat in the waiting area.”
