My girl, Hazel, is a bully mix that I rescued as a 8-10week old puppy. She had already changed hands 3 times at such a young age. Even at 1.5yrs she was still struggling with confident issues, so I started bringing her into the zoom room agility classes. The classes have really helped to build up her confidence because she has so much fun getting 1:1 time with me, as well as running over, through, and around all of the different stations. I really love seeing her pittie smile. In the level 1&2 class you usually get 2-3 runs, it really depends on class size if you get more. She recently graduated to level 3.

My dog and I love Zoom Room! As a first time dog owner, they have been so helpful at teaching obedience training to my dog and me. All the trainers are awesome and patient, and I like that you can go at your own pace with their program. We love the group classes, but they also offer private sessions. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for more training for your pup!

As someone who has frequented various Zoom Room locations across LA, I must express my disappointment with the puppy playtime sessions at the Sherman Oaks branch. Unlike other locations where measures are in place to ensure all dogs can socialize safely, regardless of size, the Sherman Oaks Zoom Room fails to prioritize the well-being of smaller pups. Having attended six puppy socializing classes and attempting to remain patient despite their lack of understanding and inclusivity towards all dogs, I've chosen to express my thoughts in a review. In my experience, the big dogs are given preference, often leading to chaotic play sessions where smaller dogs are intimidated and unable to fully participate. The instructor, Justin in particular at Sherman Oaks lacks the techniques to calm down overexcited dogs, which results in a stressful environment for both owners and their pets. Chaotic puppy play appears to be permitted exclusively in the classes led by the male trainer, Justin. Unfortunately there is no way of knowing which trainer will be leading the puppy class when booking online.Unlike other Zoom Room locations that effectively implement strategies like the "1, 2, 3" method to calm rowdy dogs, and educate owners on facilitating safe puppy play, the Sherman Oaks branch appears ill-equipped to handle such situations.Despite the convenience of the Sherman Oaks location, I will be opting to travel farther to attend puppy playtime sessions at other Zoom Room branches where proper socialization techniques are consistently implemented. It's crucial for all dogs to have the opportunity to socialize safely and enjoy playtime without fear of aggressive behavior from larger, uncontrolled dogs.Edit: The owner privately messaged me, requesting the removal of my review, and became extremely threatening towards me. Upon visiting their establishment, the owner was extremely rude and promptly demanded that I leave, refusing to provide a refund for the classes I had already paid for. My sole reason for seeking a refund is due to the owner's unjust treatment following my honest review.

We love Zoom Room! I started taking my puppy at 6 months and he learned a lot really quickly. He also loves being with the other dogs and it is a great way to socialize him at a young age. I'll definitely continue taking him as he gets older for a variety of different classes

We love Zoom Room! We started taking our puppy to their puppy classes at 3 months to get a start on her training. At first she was pretty shy especially at the end of her classes when they had a 10 minute play session, then after a couple of classes she started getting more confidence and started playing more with the other pups. We definitely like the way the trainer Alex is patient and informative with answering our questions we may have regarding our new pup.

We absolutely have loved Sherman Oaks Zoom Room! Chip is getting better and better with each visit, and we love both the obedience and agility courses. It has also helped Chip to socialize more and the guidance and support has helped a ton as we raise our puppy. Thanks!

We're so happy to have found Zoom Room Sherman Oaks. We've been working with the trainer Justin for two months now, and he is just the best! Our pup has been making incredible strides already after just a few classes... Also, our dog LOVES him! Justin has amazing energy and our pup definitely takes to his loving, positive demeanor. We are really looking forward to seeing just how far our dog can go under Justin's tutelage.

Zoom Room Dog Training is an absolute godsend! We are first time dog owners of a high energy Border Collie Golden Retriever mix puppy and didn't know how to control him. The first couple weeks we slept very little as we were trying to deal with his energy until our vet recommended Zoom Room. Diego and his staff, especially our trainer Alex's class, showed us how to properly handle our dog and also how to teach him various commands. He can now very easily do "puppy pushup," which is a series of sit, down and stand with ease and regularity. He also can now typically sleep through the night and we now know how to properly exercise and also reprimand him as necessary. I can't speak more highly enough about their team. We will forever remain loyal customers! Thank you Diego and Alex!

I have been taking my puppy here for a month now and we have improved so much. The trainers are very knowledgable and patient with both the human and the dog as we are all learning. I also appreciate that its positive reinforcement training. Currently we are only taking obedience classes but as soon as my puppy is old enough I look forward to starting agility.

We love bringing our puppy to classes at the Zoom Room! He is a Malamute who has grown from 20lbs to 50lbs in a matter of 2 months since we got him, so we're ecstatic that there are plenty of options to chose from to support his development.Diego, the owner, is kind and accommodating. He even credited us one last minute cancelation due to an emergency. The trainers are fun and engaging and really know their stuff. We're seeing constant improvement with our pup. And the best part is (I'm hesitant to share this for fear of the class getting booked out) they have a Puppy Playgroup where the dogs get to run around socializing for an hour... and then our giant pup blissfuly sleeps the rest of the day :)Will definitely keep coming back!

I can't say enough good things about this Sherman Oaks Zoom Room. I've been taking my 3 month old Spaniel puppy here since he was 8 weeks old. We purchased the 20 class pack for the year, and it's been worth every penny. He's currently only old enough for puppy preschool, but it's a lot of class in the 1 hour segment. We basically run through about 4 or 5 tricks a class, with constant positive reinforcement. There's always a nice 5-10 minute segment of Q and A at the beginning of each class, and the final 10 min or so are always spent with the puppies off leash and socializing and playing together. We've gone to a months worth of classes as of now, and every time I take my puppy out to public, I am constantly being told how happy, behaved, and social he is compared to other dogs his age. Diego and his staff have been extremely supportive and helpful this entire time.

I've been bringing Honey Bunch to Zoom Room in Sherman Oaks since she was a puppy. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient and the classes are easy to follow. Working beside other dog owners is the best part. The distractions of other dogs in the ring is the perfect environment for our dogs to learn and then translate to the real world.
