Been coming here for two years for my Benz C240, probably about different 10 successful services. I don’t even live in the area anymore but I always bring my car back to Rafi and his dad! They communicate well and very understanding. Fast service and reasonable prices. The best price and service for an oil change I could find in all of SoCal for European cars. ZMB is a safe bet. Appreciate all the work they have done!

If my dad were alive this is the spot he would say to go to for all car needs. The neighborhood spot that is honest and takes care me as every time. Excellent work, excellent customer service, lovely people and a all around gem in our community. Thank you guys!!

I've been working with Zorro and Raffi at ZMB for over 15 years and decided I should leave a 5-star. It's too rare to find an auto mechanic not just passionate and professional with the work they do but actually honest and not misleading.As the vehicles today get more complicated and computer driven, it requires the mechanics to maintain study and experience with all the tools for tracking error codes. ZMB is an old school shop with youth (Raffi) who care about what they do and doing it correctly. Thanks ZMB

ZMB auto repair is by far the best BMW and Mercedes auto shop in the valley! It is a family run business and they are very honest and professional. I've been going here for 20 years and recommend them to everyone I know!

Father Zorro and adult son both tried to extort over $1000.00 from me. I went in for an oil change and they talked me into getting my brakes done. Halfway through brake pad job suddenly they both told me I needed master cylinders. I was overwhelmed, being an elderly lady and agreed to let them do it. Then they asked me to pay them in cash about $1,200. After one day it occurred to me that in fact my brakes had been done only four and a half months previously by my former regular mechanic who would by then retired. I went back and told them that if they didn't give me a full refund on the spot in cash, as they have insisted that I pay in cash, that I would be calling the police and finally report with Bureau of Automotive Repair aka BAR.This is the government agency which investigates and penalizes crooked Auto Repair business owners and employees such as these two. Don't you know?? They paid me back in cash on the spot. Beware unless you like to be ripped off and don't send your elderly parents there for sure.

Great Shop!I happen to go over a large puddle during the latest storm and ended up ripping off part of the undercarriage cover on my car. The cover was dragging so it rendered my car un-drivable. I got it towed to this shop and got part of the cover removed and the other part was cut (with precision) by the mechanic. It took less than 10 minutes for them solve and fix this for me. Top notch customer service. Will service my car here moving forward.

The owner is very fair with his prices and do excellent work. I use to take my Mercedes cars to Beverly Hills. No longer need to leave the valley.Services: Auto A/C replacement
