This location did the best job on my eyebrows that I have ever received in the valley. My eyebrows lasted so long and the threading was not painful at all. The lady who did my brows was kind, helpful, attentive and focused. There is only one other location I go to in the valley but the quality and attentiveness I received here make this my go to spot.

Love this place, been going for 2 years since the old location next to gyu bbq, this new location has better parking that they validate always a friendly and smiling employee love talking to GiGi . My eyebrows are always on fleek. Would highly recommend

What a great experience! Super clean and fast service ✨ they do try to upsell you on pretty cool items they have while you are getting your eyebrows which may annoy some people ??♀️ I loved how my eyebrows look! Definitely going back ❤️

Zia Threading's new location has a better parking situation than their old location. Aside from the better parking situation, this new location is great because Zia is now in the La Reina building with restaurants, bakeries and a legit coffee shop in the same building. Also, there are several other businesses within walking distance so you can do more errands. The lady who threaded my eyebrows took great care to line and clean up the edge line. Also had my legs waxed, while I was there and there were NO INGROWNS! Win win win!

First time and I am so happy to say I've found my place to get my threading done. Iram was amazing! I've gotten threading consistently for a year now, but always found myself dissatisfied with other places. I would come out with extremely irritated skin, cuts, uneven brows, or poor costumer service. However, Iram has a super gentle touch and made sure I left happy. I got my eyebrows, forehead, and lip done. Took no more than 15-20 mins. Super efficient, gentle and clean work

Always my favorite place to go to get my eyebrows done because they look so natural and somehow managed to even my crooked eyebrows out when I can’t even do it myself! Love this place highly recommend it!

They're very unprofessional. No wonder they had to turn their comments off on Instagram. I made an appointment online 4 days in advanced and prepaid. Honestly really dumb of me to pay in advance like that but I was happy I could schedule online instead of calling so I went with that. It was raining really hard the day I was meant to go but every other business on the block was open and running. They didn't call and give me a heads up they'd randomly be closed that day. So I go, pay for parking, walk around in the rain, just to be met with a locked door. I called several times, left messages but was never responded to. They didn't even update their voicemail to say they'd be closed because of weather. I finally got the yo respond on Instagram where they said I could come back anytime that week to get my eyebrows done - great except I was getting my brows down for an event the next day I was flying out for. I told them I needed a refund and got no response. Had to do a charge back on my card.

Discovered the place when I was getting my nails done a couple doors down. Beautiful location, clean and welcoming. Plus, the rates aren't bad ($16 for eyebrow threading) and you can pay with a credit card. You can even tip on the credit card! I snagged a reward card and will definitely be back.

Very unprofessional. I've been coming here for years was much more convenient in the mall location but they really don't care about customer service. Yelp says the store is open, I called and they say they're open I arrive in the busy parking lot impossible to find parking maneuvering and there's a sign that says be back in 10 minutes. I wait around and finally call again and they say they're on a break and will be back in another 10-15 minutes. Just my luck. Why isn't there a 2nd person covering the shift?!

Fast and easy! Great experience for my first time and I needed a new spot moving up to the valley from Torrance. I was a walk-in and didn't have to wait for than a few minutes. I've found my spot! And they have a loyalty punch card :)
