Steals your money. Support is no help, same automated messages repeatedly. I've been trying to get ahold of manager but to no avail. I'm calling my bank I'm done wasting my time trying to get a real human response. They charged me over $100!!

Message: I have several transaction numbers, but it only let me put 1 number above. I play at Hero Wars. I always use a gift card to purchase different items on the site. I purchased a Golden Ticket for, $44.99 (Which is good for 30 days. I also purchased a Valkeries Favor for, 1.89 (which is good for one week). I tried to purchase something on-line somewhere else, it said I had insufficient funds. I purchased my gift card for $100. I checked my balance on my card and I had a .57 balance. The statement showed I was charged for 2 x $44.99 (Golden Ticket), 5 x $1.89 (Valkeries Favor). I contacted the chat line (Xsolla). I chatted 3 different times. The second to last time, whomever I was chatting with told me to send a copy of the statement of my gift card balance. I did. That person said to give them 24 hrs and come back to the chat. I chatted back 24 hrs later. That person said problem resolved. While I was chatting, I pulled up the statement and it still said the balance said .57. The person told me to give it 24 - 48 hrs and the funds would be there. I told them I didn't think they could do that. The person told me to chat back after the 48 hrs. I told that person that I would be royally p***ed if the money wasn't there. 48 hrs later I went to chat, I was blocked. I tried just sending just a couple word chat to make sure it wasn't my imagination that I was block. No I was blocked. During, I think the first chat, that person told me to email (I was given the link to contact the support line and they would get back to me. I waited a couple of days. They never emailed my back. I emailed them again, then I email them again, then I got a response that the issue was closed. Told me that they don't refund gift cards. The email was from a, Felecia. I emailed her back to explain the issue detail by detail. Tonight I received an email that issue is closed and they don't refund gift cards. the amount owed is only $45.88. All I want is my money back.

What an awful experience. Allowing underage children to make unauthorized charges. They realize that they are running a scam business thus explained why they won't provide a phone number to discuss issues. Give you the runaround via email. That's fine for now until I report them to the consumer protection agency. They'll surely get a response.

Business can't even reply to your emails, and make it so hard to get refunds. Thieving Bums at this Company. I would never do business or transactions with Xsolla again. I got an email that asked if my issue was resolved, when they didn't even attempt to resolve the issue first.

GreetingsOne day I received a credit card charge of NIS 4,500. I checked what the matter was, it turned out to me that it was computer games. I contacted them several times and wrote to them, this is an adult couple that does not belong to them. Likewise, they do not inform you when the amount is small, only that it reaches a large amount only then You are horrified. There is no one to talk to. They only answer by email and even then it is a bot and not human. I warn everyone not to give credit information to anyone, not to trust anyone, to be very carefulBumblebee
