Horrible horrible service. The valet guy told us the car would be ready latest at 3pm so we agreed and decided to try out the carwash(which by the way was horrible the back windows were dirty) and its 3:30 and we still didnt have our car. Instead they told us we can walk across to the other side of the mall and pick up our car. We paid for valet... point is to not do that. I spoke with "Sean" the "ceo" of this establishment and instead of offering a courtesy discount atleast he says since this is the first time i called he cant do anything about it. Even the valet attendant was upset and said the card been there since 1 pm i dont know why they havent washed it yet. Now we are late to our event and have to rewash our car. Will never use them again when we valet at the mall which we come to very often.

Went to the mall- they were not busy , car wash was just ok not worth the $110.00 for wash and wax. The trash on the floor in the back seat are still there maybe they thought it was not trash ?I will not be returning- paid for wax car had water marks - I mentioned to the guy he said it was my car and I needed another wax?? I had to have them blow the car since there was dust .Not worth the price - too expensive.

Don't love giving bad reviews but this place deserves it. I pre-paid for my car wash, pulled up, got out of my car and waited for multiple minutes before someone bothered to help me (despite there being numerous workers). The guy who helped me opened my car door and within seconds determined that the $50 wash I purchased was not enough because my car was too dirty. He acted like I had gone off-roading in my Tesla. It had a normal amount of dust for a car that hadn't been washed in five weeks. The backseat was nearly spotless since nobody sits there. The front seats had some food crumbs and the passenger seat had some grass and debris on the mats. Nothing was out of the ordinary for a traditional wash, especially a $50 wash. I have been to two other cheaper car washes in the area and never had a complaint about my car being too dirty. I'm giving it two stars because they promptly returned my money.I ended up using the app, Wash Mobile. For $35 plus a $15 tip, they came to me. The guy cleaned my car in under 15 and it looks great. Further proof that the car wasn't even that dirty.

I have gotten a wash from them before no problem it was great. Came in today to get just a basic hand wash and and he did not want to do the service wanted to up sell me to the $120 wash.Not cool super disappointed !

Good value for money with the membership. No upsell. Basic hand car wash is all you need. Every so often a good clay wax will preserve the paint. The free valet at all locations is a bonus. Fantastic service. The guys take pride in their work.

This place looked high end but my car didn’t feel cleaned or detailed. I had two new scratches on my car, luckily I was able to get it off but there sticky residue all over the outside of my car. The seats weren’t vacuumed since there is still hair and seems dirty still. Didn’t armor all the seat at all, scuff marks that I easily removed after I paid to get it detailed. I’m the back they didn’t wipe the seats down, I recently had my cat in the back and left little footmarks and they’re still there. I probably will never get my car washed here again which is a shame. The people were nice but not worth the money.

This is the best car wash in the valley! The convenience of having my car washed while I shop in the mall is unbeatable. The staff was very polite and gave me an amazing detail done by hand. I signed up for their monthly membership Immediately :)Services: Steam cleaning

Made an online reservation for 5pm in Sherman Oaks, show up just be be told "Oh, we're closing in 10 minutes but you can get a refund wherever you made your reservation." Smh.

The dudes there are nice. Went to take my wife's car since it needed a wash. I'm only giving it 2 stars because for what I paid for thought it would be left great. There were a couple flaws on the side of the car and marks throughout the car of dry water. Kinda disappointed my friend recommended this place cause he said they would leave his Tesla super clean and nice. But my wife's car had a few flaws. Just expected more for the price. I was considering getting the monthly subscription but after seeing her car not sure. Don't know if maybe the guys just rushed to wash it that it wasn't left like others parked on the lot. But for the price you would think they would leave it nicely done. Welp tried the spot out on to the next.
