I have always been treated well by the staff here. Plus, we can always find a parking space. UPDATE. WELLS FARGO IS CLOSING THIS BRANCH. I AM SO ANNOYED BY THIS DECISION. THE BRANCH IS CONVENIENT AND IS ALWAYS BUSY. TRUST WELLS FARGO POWERS THAT BE NOT TO CARE ABOUT THE NEEDS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Very slow service. No explanations as to why. They seem to talk more to each other than dealing with the customers. They need more tellers in here to keep the line moving.

Wells Fargo should be ashamed. You walk into the branch and there is no tellers at the windows and people waiting in line. We tell the banker where is everyone and he says they are coming. Maybe hire some more people so you aren’t wasting everyone’s time. Honestly you would think these big corporations would know how to operate better.

F*** this bankThey have fuckin 20 banker desks and have no one to help customers.I ask them if there is someone they say we only have 1 banker and he is on vacation now and she says call customer service..ooo really???thank you i didnt know about customer service...so what the hell is this bank for????

Management is running this place very poorly. They are understaffed and it takes a minimum of 20 min just to get to the teller. When I can, I try to avoid this branch.

One of the reason I give Wells Fargo this score is simply because they have a stupid policy on accepting Cash deposits, Teller today tells me they don't accept cash or that my "cash isn't good". To deposit into my mothers personal account, he also goes on that all bank institutions like chase and us bank policy are the same as theirs .. which is NOT TRUE, Just because I want to deposit a few extra bucks into my mothers account. You can not tell me it has to be in CHECK and that my CASH which is federal reserve tender is Not good! Complete pathetic policy. Yet right next to me there is a customer receiving and depositing cash into their account.. Please explain to me why this stupid bank who has a history of doing fraudulent Activities Can't accept a simple 50dollars cash into a family members account, Without it being A check.... Makes no sense.

Wells Fargo has agreed to pay $3 billion to settle criminal charges and a civil action stemming from its widespread mistreatment of customers in its community bank over a 14-year period, the justice department announced on friday. from 2002 to 2016, employees used fraud to meet impossible sales goals. latest episode--i paid to wire money into wells fargo. i called branches and the 800 number so they would have my money ready. the tarzana and woodland hills and encino and northridge, sherman oaks branches phones went to messages saying they are currently not answering the phone. during regular business hours! i go in and they could not give me all the money i needed that i wired in.

I think the staffs there is very friendly and allways willing to help even on there days off.I know because one time I ran out of gas and thought I had my wallet with me but boy did I look d*** founded and was so embarrassed and had customers waiting on me to which a lot of them was getting frustrated which they hessinitly had now problems exspressing there thoughts and feeling when some stranger asked how much my gas was and befor I said anything he gave the money I looked up and he smiled and I was shock and confused and then I said do I know wow mr think and it took me a few minutes to realize hey that the banker from Wells Fargo . I went too the bank were he worked and thanked him and let his boss know what a noble thing that one of your fellow banker help me in time of need and he wouldn't except and offer back that he gave too me all he said was pay it forward. And you be sure on that,that that I have ! And for sure they will allways have a loyal customer ,you can bank on that that for sures

Don't waste your time here they are completely useless. The tellers have no idea what they're doing. They can't give you change, they can't look up accounts, they can't even give you coins! And they say they're a bank. You would be better off storing your money in a homeless persons mattress. Tell me why i go there to get change for my job and they can't do it because I don't have an account with them. Meanwhile my coworker who also doesn't have a account, she is able to get change. Make it make sense well Fargo. You can't just cherry pick the people you'd like to help and turn away others. Also maybe give your branch tellers some additional training on how to not be rude and have a condescending tone.

I am a new customer open an account online was mailed my Debit card had some serious issues Retrieving my pin because I wasnt given one I went to 3 different banks they all rejected me and not very nice came to this branch 1st was not the nicest experience young girl send me away I was very frustrated Had been on the phone with four different Wells Fargo representatives literally took half of my day. So I stayed calm and Decided to give this branch one more shot I walked in and I took a seat and waited to speak to a banker a gentleman asked if I needed help I said I needed to activate my ATM card he said they could do that at the counter and I said I tried that already and they said no, This Beautiful young lady jumps up from her seat and says who told you no and I pointed to the person And she goes back there straightens everyone out and waves to me to approach the window The gentleman who rejected me was not knowledgeable enough to know how to activate my ATM card this Person which I later learned is "SYLVIA" she is the manager for that bank she wasn't only polite professional and super sweet but took the time to show Alex the teller her employee the proper steps to help me I was blown away by her devotion and dedication SHE IS THE BEST , If we only had more people like her in this world it would definitely be a better place for all of us can't THANK Her Enough and grateful I got to meet her.
