She always provides me the professional information regarding to Rolex. Highly appreciated that they have decent inventory for me to see and try watches on my wrist. Even though it was just after 9 am on a Sunday in LA, Fred Brown called me, put the watch on hold and we completed the sale the next day.Outstanding service - the watch was everything it was promised to be - including original box/manuals and recent factory service documents.Fred was "Essential" to getting this done including complicated shipping details as I just HAD to have the watch shipped to me in Boston.Fred and his team in CA and NJ would have SIX stars if that was a Google rating.
