They used to do a great job, but now it's rushed and the results are not satisfying. I spent $40 to not have my vehicle vacuumed properly and the dog nose smudges were still on the windows. They also did not use the air freshener I picked that came with the package. This used to be my go-to car wash, so it's disappointing.

I paid $40 for a car wash and two of the doors in the right side of the car weren’t cleaned. The middle console was still dirty and the creases in the seats were still dirty.
The guy seemed to have an attitude so I didn’t ask him to clean it just asked for his rag. I scrubbed and cleaned them both in front of him and he didn’t even offer to help. Not great customer service.

I usually go here all the time but I will never go back paid 65 to get the car was and luxor on my leather interior they didn't get the dirt off of my seats first so they put the product over the dirty seats they half vacuum my car they left dirt spots all over the outside of my car windows were not clean I ask for my front 2 floor mats to be washed they forgot to wash them had to speak to the manager twice about all of this I will never return again you just lost a loyal customer Darrell and you know who I am with the gold Lexus RX350

My first time going here since the place I usually go to was closed. I had mixed feelings because the car wash and dry was very fast. I was there no more than 15 minutes. That’s great but I also noticed that the inside of my car was not as clean as I paid for it to be. The young woman who works inside was unnecessarily rude. She didn’t give me a receipt after I paid, and I asked her for one and she said she already gave it to me. After I told her I didn’t get one, she proceeded to say that she did. I checked my bag and showed her and she gave me one after that, but never apologized, never said thank you. Honestly, to assume I was lying because she couldn’t admit to a mistake was not good customer service. I would have gone back even though the car wash wasn’t perfect because they saved me a lot of time, but because of her, I will not go be going back. The last thing I need is to be made out to look like a liar again.

Awful. Trunk of my car wasn’t even vacuumed and paid $50 + tip for a car wash and detailing inside. Don’t waste your money here. Didn’t even add in the air freshener and missed obvious spots behind my rearview mirror.

I will never go to this car wash again. I brought my car to get detailed and when I can to pick it up, they had ripped the leather on both of my seats. When I brought the car back, the manager said that they would fix it but gave me the turnaround for months. I finally told him I would get a quote to have the seats fixed and brought it to him and then he refused to pay. Their detail services were also $100 more than the car wash down the street. Worst service ever. Save your time and money and go to the car wash on woodman near the 101 freeway.

I paid $70 - it was dirty under the handles, the panel was poorly polished (in the sun you can see where it wasn’t even wiped), there were a lot of unpolished places. Thank you for this!
