“I had ordered a Davidoff cigars special which came with a ashtray, lighter, and a humidor when you bought the cigars. My ashtray unfortunately arrived damaged. I contacted the company and they took care of it right away. I mean they didn't just send me the ashtray they sent me a whole new package! Now that is some stellar customer service right there! This was the first time I bought anything from them. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them. 5 Company hands down!”
