Honestly have nothing but nice things to say. Maintenance issues are taken care of when they arise and the onsite manager Denis is always a pleasure to deal with. It’s a rather quiet building, never any issues with excessive noise. It is an apartment building after all.

Infested with bugs. If you like bugs, this is the place for you.First it was termites, now cockroaches. And the occasional cricket.I am a neat freak and I never leave food out, the place is just infested.
