The guy at the counter, the one with the giant ear plugs, should not be doing a public-facing job. He is ornery and hostile for absolutely no reason. Was going to do business there, but his hostility and anger issues lost a lot of business for the owner.

I had to get a passport picture taken; fast, easy and professional, is how I would describe my experience here. The service was quick, the staff member was polite and knowledgeable, and it cost about $15 US.

To get help is frustrating and time-consuming, the employees are mostly unprofessional, say conflicting things, and have been caught lying. They often don't reply to emails and when they do the replies are short and don't make sense. I never leave yelp reviews, but wanted to warn people.

I went in for a Live Scan for my work and the employee George "aka Chris" took my private information then later texted me asking me out on a date and was very persistent. On the live scan form it does not ask for your number. The employee said "please put your number at the top"so I did. When I left about 20min later I start to get text from him. He didn't even apologize when I told him it made me very uncomfortable he illegally accessed my private info. He then lied and said it wasn't him. Completely unprofessional and invasion of the privacy act not to mention predatorial behavior

Such friendly people here. Passport photos are a breeze here. Good price $15 and I never have to wait when I come here. Amazing customer service.

Exceptional customer service. I appreciate when someone takes a couple of minutes to go through the process and help me select the best solution. The most recent visit I needed pricing to send a package to the UK. Not only were the prices provided, but the offer to help pack the box securely. I will absolutely return here for all my shipping needs.

I work far and can never find a time to pick up my packages. The only day i was able to leave work early and beat traffic especially on a Friday, I get sent on a wild goose chase and have my time wasted. Came in while it wasn't busy and i proceeded to talk to guy with a beanie and grey hoodie. I provided my name and he looks in 1 single bin behind in a rack full of packages him for my package and said it wasn't there. I showed him the tracking saying that the package is waiting for the consignee which is me and was told to go there. Then he tells me that the package is probably still en route by the look of the status. But i also showed him my emails with DHL talking to multiple customer service reps stating that my package is at 14622 Ventura Blvd but he continued to insist that my package was not there not even bothering to double check the entire rack of packages right behind him and suggests i call customer support. At this point Im thinking DHL had lost my package so i called but their system is garbage. So i decide to drive down to the DHL distribution center in Van Nuys to find out whats going on which is 30mins at this point traffic was picking up. I get to DHL and provide the rep my tracking number and he also states that my package was at 14622 Ventura Blvd, and I told him i just came from there and was told it wasn't. DHL rep calls the store and was also told it wasn't there either, but the DHL rep stated that his system said the package was confirmed and received by an employee. So instead of looking over one time, all of a sudden they decide to check other areas of the package rack and what do you know? They found my package. So now i have to painstakingly drive back 30mins and look for parking during traffic hours. Ridiculous I totally get that things can get misplaced. And I understand having separate bins for specific carriers such as UPS and DHL. And I can totally understand if it was busy that only checking once is good enough. But it wasn't busy and had time to double check, even triple check. Could I have been pushy and asked to recheck? Sure. But instead i trusted that the employee knew what he was doing. Guess not.

If you are looking for a great place to get your fingerprints done definitely come here… They are fast, courteous, super reliable and knowledgeable!!! GREAT Fingerprinting Place… And they have plenty of free and secure parking in the rear of the building which makes it super convenient.

This place is always a great experience when i come here. It's the unexpectedly friendly staff. I say unexpected because in my experience people that work in a post office in America are usually really abrupt and sometimes rude. I'm always laughing as I leave as they joke around with the customers or other customers are joking with them. Well done on creating a great work environment where your staff are happy and pass that joy onto everyone that comes in.

My wife stopped by today to pick up our Amazon packages. The lady at the desk acted so rudely that she left the store sure that she had accidentally entered the wrong store since the woman did not answer when she inquired about where to pick up our Amazon packages. Only after going outside and double checking the sign did she realize she was in the right place. After she went back insides, a young man eventually retrieved our packages for her. The lady never acknowledged her at all. I do NOT recommend sending your AMAZON packages to this business. They may be good at other services (which seems unlikely) but they certainly offer poor service to Amazon customers. I don’t think they are setup for Amazon since there are no lockers for the packages.
