Definitely head to the Diamond Guys for any of your diamond needs. They made my dream a reality and I’m sure they can do the same for you! Amazing service, and very informative and helpful at every step of the way.
I wanted something very specific and the Diamond Guys came through with exactly what I imagined. I couldn’t have had anyone better to help me design the ring and select the perfect stone for it. The process of purchasing the stone was honest, transparent, and helpful. I definitely know where I’ll be going for any of my future diamond and jewelry needs!

I would highly recommend coming here for any jewelry needs. First of all their selection and quality of jewelry especially engagement rings is top notch and held up to the highest standard. Second, they offer cleaning and repair services as well. Third, they have the best customer service I have ever experienced in the jewelry business. Instilling trust in this business is very difficult. The Diamond Guys is the most trustworthy jewelry business I have come across after months of research. I am so grateful to have finally found the right place and to be able to share with others who might be as picky as myself. Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience visiting the diamond guys. For the first time I arrived, and Steve greeted me. I own a lot of jewelry, Cubans rings diamonds I went to him with the repair. He had it back to me the next day I went back a month later for another repair. He had it back to me the next day. All of his pricing and all of the jewelry seems pretty fair, if not better than the California pricing. They greeted me with anything I want to drink from alcohol to soda to water, but a bunch of snacks on the table. All I could say, is visiting the diamond guys was a pleasant and happy i’ll definitely be back.

My then-fiancée and I started looking for engagement rings early in 2022 without a great deal of success. We first visited a fairly well-known online jeweler's physical location in LA but didn't love the rigid structure of the appointment (hard-capped at 45 minutes) and the prices were quite a bit higher than we were comfortable. We then tried a highly-rated jeweler in LA's Diamond District but had an even worse experience there when the jeweler we worked with simply ignored every request we made, showing us items that we had made explicit we were not interested in or could not afford. Overall, a couple of fairly disheartening experiences.During our next online search, we stumbled upon the Diamond Guys. They didn't have many reviews (though the few they had were extremely positive) but a quick scan through their online collection of loose diamonds looked promising (in terms of variety and price) so we decided to take a chance and scheduled an appointment.When we arrived, we met Steve, the store owner, who we immediately got a strongly positive vibe/impression from. He was warm and welcoming right away, carefully listening to my fiancée's preferences. After processing what she'd said, he made some suggestions on what to look for in a diamond and ways to cut costs/fit within our budget while still meeting all of her requirements. We were both blown away by the tips he was sharing with us (things we had not heard in our previous jeweler encounters or online research) and finally found the perfect diamond at an outstanding price. However, we soon realized that my fiancée's ideal setting wasn't something that the Diamond Guys carried, but Steve told us that we could design a custom ring that would meet her specifications. He then proceeded to work with us over the next couple of weeks to nail down a design and get it manufactured in a timely manner while also finalizing an unbelievable price that fit within our tight budget. Everything came out perfectly and my wife is absolutely in love with her ring.Since then, we've worked with Steve to get both of our wedding bands made and he's been a joy to work with. When we've had issues with manufacturing (not his fault at all), he's gone to bat for us to make sure we're completely satisfied with the final product. Steve is the absolute best. He's been nothing but kind and accommodating and understanding and attentive. He always treated us with respect and made us feel important even though we were working with a pretty small budget (which he was well aware of). Every interaction with him was positive and he went out of his way to take care of us. We had even discussed inviting him to our wedding (although logistics/timing kept that from being possible )! Neither of us is into jewelry in general, but we still plan to buy from Steve in the future, even if only to stay in contact with him and support his business.We can't recommend Steve and the Diamond Guys strongly enough!

The Diamond Guys made the process of getting an engagement ring so smooth and easy for me!!! They’re incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They have a huge variety of pieces to view in the store, which helped me to narrow down the ring design to exactly what I wanted. We ended up custom ordering the ring setting I wanted from one of the jewelry designers they work with, and the diamond I chose was already in their collection. Steve kept me updated throughout the process, and taught me a lot about diamonds and jewelry in general, he comes across as more of a friendly consultant/educator rather than a salesman, which I really enjoyed. I never felt any sort of sales pressure while dealing with the Diamond guys, which is uncommon and very much welcomed when considering such a large purchase.Their pricing is also extremely competitive especially considering the quality of what you are getting, I shopped around quite a few different places, and when comparing The Diamond Guys to other options you can be 100% sure you’re getting a lot of bang for your buck here.The ring was better than I ever imagined, my fiancée and I couldn’t be happier!

SO glad we discovered The Diamond Guys! My fiancé (now husband) & I stopped in to figure out his ring size and get a better idea of what he was looking for in his wedding band. Steve was so welcoming and willing to assist us in answering any and all questions we had. He had a wide variety of men's bands available to try on and we ultimately found the perfect ring. He walked us through the customization process and in just a few weeks, we received my husbands beautiful wedding band! Based on how excellent our experience with Steve was, we both decided that he will be our jeweler for life. He is honest, kind, and patient. I definitely recommend stopping by for any of your jewelry needs!

It turned out more beautiful than I could’ve imagined, and the level of craftsmanship exhibited in my ring speaks volumes to the high standards that resonate throughout the organization.I also want to give a special shout out to Steve from the LA, California branch who spent several months treating me and my now fiancé with nothing but top-tier customer service. His patience, accommodation, and love for his craft remains unmatched. I spoke with several vendors prior to committing to The Diamond Guys, and nobody topped Steve’s knowledge of the industry and service.When I started the engagement ring process, I knew NOTHING about picking a center stone, the 4 Cs, the style I wanted, etc. I ended up customizing the ring to my exact specifications, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I absolutely loved having a hand in every part of the process, especially for something so significant – both in cost and sentimental value. Steve helped me through it all, and, most importantly, was respectful of my fiancé’s budget. I loved that I could speak to someone who I could trust wasn’t trying to up-sell me.
