I walked in and immediately Andy rudely asked for my ID. I said I’m an adult I’ve been here before. I’ve never been carded in a lingerie store. Andy said oh well then it shouldn’t be a problem taking out your ID. Just rude rude rude I don’t recommend I turned around and walked out. Andy lost you a customer

I dont know about the best store in the valley...your employees never pick up the phone on nights just keeps and keeps on ringing like come on sheeeesh i would of gsve it 2 stars if my call was answered! Work on that please!!!

First time there was horrible got overcharged 6$ & the two men at the cashier excuse were “it’s tax”. I see the tax on the receipt but doesn’t accumulate to the tag price (NOT WORTH IT)

WARING!!! Illegal business practices here!!! Just purchase a few items from this place including an item that was marked 32.99 on the box. We paid with cash went home looked at our receipt and notice they charged us 62.99 for the item. We called them within an hour of the purchase to alert them of the discrepancy and error between the advertised price tagged on the box and the receipt! error of them OVERCHARGING us $30!!! Expecting they would correct their mistake and return the $30 overcharge. The label on the box and the receipt had the exactly same SKU and description of the item but register receipt doubled the price of the single item. Their response was "sorry nothing we can do but give you a 20% discount on another purchase!!! They said we had to spend more money to get a discount on them charging us double for a clearly market item on the product. Completely illegal, corrupt and unscrupulous! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Romantix is down the street and an honorable trustworthy business unlike this one which actually steels from there customers and says they made a mistake but we are not going to refund you the money we over charged you!
