I needed help with my SIM card after my phone got stolen. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to the sweet girl who's been really caring and suggested me to come back with my new device when the manager is there (forgot her name unfortunately ?) and special thanks to Brian! So sweet and professional. Will definitely return for any other purchase. Thank you ?

Terrible store. I was forced to buy a power adapter with my iPhone. I didn’t need it but they said “you can’t buy the iPhone without getting the 20W power adapter” I told them so “I have to pay for it” they said “yes, if you want the iPhone without the power adapter, you can buy it from Apple” terrible service. It’s not my first bad experience at this T-Mobile.

***WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS!******They won't do an upgrade unless you add lines and purchase accessories. If not, then they'll lie to your face they don't have it in inventory. ********I walked in to add a line and purchase a phone. The girl then literally went, brought the phone, and placed it on the counter. She then said it comes with an additional line of hot spot "on us," she said. I told her I didn't want that, instead then I just want to do an upgrade. She literally takes the phone to the back and says they "DONT HAVE IT IN INVENTORY." Hens is willing to lie to a customer's face. The excuse they make is that they sell phones in bundles. I know this is a flat lie. YES, THEY CAN sell it by itself but don't. I know this because I know managers that currently work for tmobile and do the same shady tactics to earn higher commission. I don't blame this girl because that's the way they are trained and forced to "sell. " All tmobile stores are like this. Why? because the employees practically get no commission for an upgrade. The company just breaks even. And they go down on phone inventory. So, to them, its at a loss. An upgrade is only profitable if it includes new activations plus accessories. If all you want is an upgrade, then I advise you to order it directly on tmobile's website and save yourself the time. ***Remember, UPGRADES are final sales, but if you're forced into the bundle and isnt satisfied with your purchase. watches are considered new lines, so you do have the right to return the watch and accessories in its original packaging AND keep the upgrade. If you catch my drift. The only con would be that you won't be eligible for promotion for a couple of months. They'll try to slam you with restocking fees. Just Read the fine print before purchasing.

Really bad service.I left my phone overnight to transfer my information from my old phone and I come back next day and they didn't do anything my phone was right exactly same way I left it a day before.I don't recommend this store at all

I highly recommend Nadia & Faisal for their Wonderful Help in getting my new T-mobile Modem and Internet to Work!I went to the Sherman Oaks store & Nadia helped me set-up the Modem - so it was "ready to work" in my home when I plugged it in and Faisal helped me (over the phone) to connect my new Modem in my home so it could give me Fast, Terrific T-mobile Internet Service! I am so happy I switched my service!Thank you!

The first employees were nice, but a little spaced out-- make sure your phone is actually activated before you leave lmao. The second time back, the dude was err shall we say, of a leaden vibration. A little empathy goes a long way.

I had an amazing experience at T Mobile today. Sebastian, the manager, was extremely helpful and patient as well as able to explain and answer every single one of my questions. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for a easy, stress-free experience.

I am a deaf person and on March 25, 2023, I lost my phone in my car. Not being able to hear my phone was hard to find since I couldn't hear the ringer. I went into this T-Mobile store to purchase a new phone since I thought I lost my phone. Went home kept searching one last time with a light in my car and found the phone the next morning. I returned the device and all attachments the next day with the same two salespeople that sold me the phone. I paid them $70.00 cancelation fee and returned the device and all equipment. Lord and behold, I am now receiving a bill for $196.00 from a collection company. They said I didn't return the phone to T-Mobile. Someone at T-Mobile who works there stole the phone that I returned, and now I am in the collection and will have to pay the $196.00. Buyers beware....Dishonest people at this workplace...

Terrible services this location. I had a problem with my screen protector and need some team member at the store order the new one for me because i went the other location(North hollywood) They did help me and accident oreder for me the wrong one. So i started my story and told them that i had an insurance. They checked and said i don't have an insurance! I said no i had it for 2 years and show them on my phone. They don't even look it and keep say the same thing. I show them the paper. They look seem dont understand and untrained to work here without any knowledge. Finally they said i have to go back the same store that they did order for me! That so unprofessional to answer the client with that. Just wasted my time to come this location. The people work at here should training more to work at T-mobile. I don't reccomend if you have a problem you will come back with the same problem and wasted your time to come here.Finally i did go back the same location that. They just re-order for me again and said sorry for me ( They just do it on the ipad and so easy) .

Awful service, inept employees. Didn’t complete helping me so now my contacts are not transferred and they also made an ILLEGAL transaction-charging my card for an item that I did not ask for and did not consent to purchasing. Wanted $80 restocking fee when I saw the charge on my receipt and asked to refund it. These people should be ashamed.

We've gone to this store many times to upgrade phones over the past several years, but won't anymore after salesperson claimed we had to add device insurance to complete the upgrade. Shady, underhanded tactic to make an extra buck.
