It's so stupid that in the Swarovski store they can't adjust the size of the bracelet from the Swarovski watch. I've never had a problem with this before. And people were not really friendly ?

Very disappointed with the customer service received from this store. The clasp on the upper left corner of my Swarovski wedding frame came loose. So I brought the frame, which was a wedding gift from my mother, to the Swarovski store to send out for repair. Before the clasp came loose, the crystals on both the left and right sides were filled to the rim. When I went to the store to pick up the frame after the repair, crystals were missing on the left side which created a gap to the rim. This has ruined the look of the frame. Swarovski is not accepting any responsibility for the missing crystals and the store manager refused to re-submit the frame to correct the repair. This is not an acceptable form of customer service for a high-quality brand. Be cautious before sending a Swarovski product for repair.

On 8/26/2022 between 7-8 pm, I went to Swarovski knowing exactly what I was going to purchase. I was with my adult daughter who is also shopping for jewelry for a black tie family wedding in a couple of weeks. We definitely want to look our best and agreed on Swarovski for our jewelry! I found the ring I had in mind and requested to please try it on. The salesperson immediately said, "oh we don't have your size in that." I immediately got a bad vibe from her. She continued assisting me because I asked her to show me something in my size so I know what size to order for the ring I want. My daughter also asked for assistance with some earrings. We continued browsing and discussing different pieces with salesperson. Then suddenly, POOF!! She was gone from the store. I approached the register and told the remaining salesperson that my daughter wants to try on some earrings. I also asked if the other lady went on break and she said "Yes." I informed the second salesperson that the associate who was initially assisting us did not let us know that she was going to take her break and she did not provide a warm handoff to another associate; she simply left. I told her that I found this rude and unprofessional. The second associate apologized and began assisting us in a very nice and warm manner. She was very helpful and offered feedback on the looks we were considering. She even apologized for her associate several times as she assisted us. While in the store, I ended up making my purchase online, purchasing the ring I had in mind and matching earrings w/ a 10% discount I got for signing up for emails. I really like Swarovski jewelry, but I believe that a high-end store like this should go above and beyond for their patrons. BRIGHTON associates offer you cookies and a water bottle when you're shopping! The service at Swarovski stores needs to be better!

I went to return a gift I got and asked for store credit as any other store and the store manager told me that I can't get a gift card I can only exchange then I told her I want a gift card and I'll come later to shop because I didn't have enough time so she told me to come back later whenever I have time and that was so rude and unprofessional

So unsatisfied! Tamara the employee was rude and with big attitude!! I came to return the zodiac necklace because I was gonna lose it couple times it just opens and fall from my neck not secured good. When I entered the stores she welcomed me thinking I'm gonna buy when I told her I have return her face changed and she gave me the biggest attitude, the whole time she didn't talk it was so awkward I felt so uncomfortable, even at the end when she finished the return I took the receipt and I said thank you nicely she didn't even answer me and she just left, that was so rude. Never going back to that location again because of Tamara!

I had a lovely experience shopping here for a friend's birthday gift. Kelly the store manager is not only full of knowledge but has a very cool personality! I love how the gifts are wrapped and it was really thoughtful of her to offer a card to go along. The selection of items in the store are just right and the store was beautifully decorated and very clean. I really think anyone can find something here and I look forward to going back during Christmas to shop for myself and others. Definitely check this location out and I've even added a few pics of some of the items available! ✨

Thank you so soo much to Kelly! She was absolutely amazing! I came to Swarovski today to do some shopping and she was such a dear, and so helpful! I gave her such a hard time but she was nothing but a sweetheart. I will be definitely coming back to this store because of her. Whoever is in charge - SHE NEEDS A RAISE! Thank you again Kelly!
