I used to come here all the time and get my haircut by Suzan... she did a phenomenal job. I don't think she works here anymore though if anyone knows if she's at a different location let me know as she's the only one I trust with my haircuts!

In town for an appearance and needing to look good, I took a chance on Supercuts because my schedule was uncertain. ELLA did a fantastic job! She took time, worked thoughtfully, and the outcome rivaled that of a super-expensive salon. The only difference was the Supercuts low price! Bravo ELLA at Sherman Oaks Supercuts!!

Always done my own hair, don’t know anything about barbers out here but I’ve heard of Supercuts. I was buzzing my sides and messed up the line the day before new job began.Booked an appt easily. Went in and asked if Dalia could just fix my line. She was inattentive, I guess cause it was the end of the day. Ended up taking my entire sides off. And part of my bleached hair. Like I said when I sat down and showed her the picture: I just want my line to look like this. Just the side. A two second job. I looked down and inches of my blond hair was on the floor. It was a really simple request. Just curve my line on the sides. That’s all.She only charged me $8 so I guess that was nice.

Martha was a sweet lady but was very rough when combing the hair. She didn’t give me the color I asked for. She didn’t charge me and was willing to do a recolor which was nice. I’ve tried this place twice and both times it didn’t turn well. They stop and answer the phone in the middle of coloring your hair, so you end up with diff shades If you have somewhere imp to go to, I would not recommend this place. I will try one more time, since it’s walking distance for me. Hopefully 3rd time will be the charm ?

Made an appointment for 12:30pm. Arrived at 12:25pm. Two women working. Neither greeted me. When one finally acknowledged me, she rudely stated that is would be several minutes. Then she left in the back for over 10 minutes. Then she came out and took another guy that walked in after me. I sat waiting g for over 20 minutes. Terrible service. Bad attitudes. And the floor is covered in hair.
