I love this location SO much! All of the girls are so kind and helpful every time I shop with them! The customer service here is amazing. All of my favorite shoes are from Steve Madden, and they always have the best new and trendy styles. I also want to shout out my sales girl, Lauren, she has the best style and she always helps me find the perfect shoes for any occasion! She is so fun and my favorite person to shop with! She makes every shopping experience so great!!

Girls here are RUDE. You work at the mall leave your ego at the door LADIES. Seeing other reviews about poor customer service does not surprise me. Don't work with customer based employers if you don't know how to treat customers !!

If there's anyone I could recommend Jadaaaaaaaaaa , she was extremely helpful ,stylish , & fabulous. I had no intent on purchase any other shoe aside for Blessed. Unfortunately they didn't carry them but lucky for me they had a sale. I ended up purchased 5 pairs of heels with the help of Jada. She asked how I like the shoes as I tried them on , double check other stores to see if they carried my size. Now fast forward to a few days later I told my friends about the shoes I got and of course they wanted some too. I went back to purchase a few more with the help of Rudy. He even was able to place an order for a shoe that was out of stock at their location. I will definitely be returning to this location so they may take all my coins LOL Great customer service and everyone is pleasant and welcoming.

Bought 2 set of shoes there, the sales man was friendly but when he went inside to get my new shoes he immediately put them in the bag and rang me up;to my surprise when i got home & opened the box he had given me displayed shoe which happened to be stained and all used, I couldn't believe he did that,just because I'm Hispanic he thought i wouldn't say anything; I suppose,I called them up yesterday but no one answered will call them up again today,.I will see what happens.

Worst experience ever! Went with my daughter on Mothers Day to return shoes she bought for prom. After purchasing these shoes 2 weeks prior, my DEBIT card was replaced by my bank due to fraudulent activity. I received a new DEBIT card linked to the same account I purchased the shoes with. The number on the card itself changed because my bank REPLACED it. The account remained the same. The same account number I've had for 25 years! Girl said card # on receipt didn't match my card. Kept going in back to talk to "manager" & telling me I could get store credit (for a pair of $120 shoes we did not want). I was getting annoyed because I wanted MY money back so I could purchase another pair of shoes for my daughter and needed it! She told me her "manager" had 3 more minutes before he would clock in & said I needed to wait. I said I don't want to wait, I want MY money refunded. He overheard, came out from the back, snapped at me in front of my daughter & customers and shouted "YOU NEED TO WAIT." I said no. Grabbed the shoes and my receipt. He shouted "GET OUT OF MY STORE." We left with no refund and a pair of shoes we don't want. I've reached out to customer service who contacted the district manager. What the heck? Trying to STEAL MY MONEY. Absolute insanity.

I've been a huge fan of Steve Madden for the longest time. I love the selection of shoes they have. They always have the cutest styles. I wanted to leave a review for an employee: Jada. She was super friendly and was very patient even when I asked to try on several different pairs of shoes.

I have no words for the level of customer service I get from Rudy every time I come in there. Because of him I'm a loyal customer to SM. He really makes every shopping experience pleasant and always makes you feel taken care of!

Worse experience by far, bought shoes for $120. Went back the next day to return them, and they wouldn’t give me my money back. She said that I can only exchange it. They didn’t have anything that I could exchange them with. They don’t even try to accommodate their customers. Very bad serviceSo I left the shoes there. Never going back

I absolutely love this cute little store! Beatriz/Betty is an amazing human being and has immense boss babe energy~I witnessed her take on a difficult (& potentially dangerous) customer who refused to wear a mask to name one incident. I actually thought she was the general manager because of how well she handled everything--she should be anyway :) honestly, everyone in the store is super helpful, kind, and amicable. Bought two pairs of shoes today with the help of Betty and her coworker (didn't get her name sorry) and I couldn't be happier with my purchases and experience here.

Was reading the reviews on this location and WOW. I'm kinda relieved that I'm not the only one that received sh***y service. The girl was so uncooperative that I just wanted to get out of there. I received a dirty pair of shoes fir my online order, like dried up dirt from someone else's foot. Yet when I asked for a new pair, you know cus I paid for them, she acted like I was asking for everything under the sun. Like she expected my to walk out of there with a pair of shoes that had someone else's dried up sweat on them. She also told me that I had to wait 2 days to make an exchange or return, and I took that as truth cus you know... she works there. However upon review of my order confirmation email I found out that I can return them right away through Happy Returns. Like not to be mean but either be incompetent or have a sh***y attitude, pick a struggle babe
