Anthony is the best! I went into the Spectrum store to upgrade my old iPhone. Not only did he help me with this efficiently and knowledgeably, but he also helped to significantly reduce my existing cable bill. He made my experience at Spectrum a very positive one. Thanks and great job!

I just switched to Spectrum mobile and visited the store a few times in the past week to get my phone activated, etc. There was not wait every time that I visited. Parking is free and easy. The store is very clean and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Update: I got a call from spectrum saying I didn't return my equipment. LOL This place is a joke. Thank god I asked Sylvia for a basic receipt with a date on it.

I avoid this Spectrum at all cost but sometimes absolutely have to go in. They refuse to answer simple questions and I ask a yes or no question and they act like your asking for the world I never ask them anything technical cause so know it will be a fight . They will not even answer a yes or no question. They cannot multi task at a 3rd grade level and get angry if they have to or maybe they just don't want to work. Don't know but literally if I walk in to ask a simple question a yes or no question they get angry .happens every single time. At one point I realized they are biast on if your male or not or what you look like cause male person ask the same question and it's ok. calling you names in front of customers it's everytime I enter . I am female and have red hair. They don't like it at all and think if you have red hair you must be loud. Then I call them out on the bias and they gaslight me the claim no your imagining your natural hair color is red it's actually brown were talking twilight zone mentality. They will argue that my own natural haircolor they don't agree upon. It's constant argument. You can't get a straight answer and they don't even want to take your payment. Then they want to argue. Then claim because you ask a simple question it's a problem for them. They are mean to anyone that is not male. The same person came in ask a question they act differently based on sex, race and even hair color. Happens everytime I enter. They need to live in New York see how people talk to say I am loud. They are clueless . It's constant back and forth and it's literally a hassle to even give them your money for payment. Never seen anything like it. A simple question and they go on attack mode calling you names making you feel less than. Then turn it on you . I say ladies move to New York your gonna wish you knew what loud is.i am not loud , many came in asking questions much louder then my voice but because there male it's ok.

I returned an internet mode equipment and Jesus one of the employees, didn’t give me a receipt of the return after I requested, I had to call after I did the return directly to spectrum and ask if the way he told me is the process was correct? They said NO, he should give a recipe or a note that I had returned….I told them that I have pictures ( not add it at this time), and they refund me $135 that I was charged on sep. 1st,

I went to this location to return some equipment and Anthony was so helpful. He not only helped me get an error corrected with the equipment charge, but was also nice enough to set me up with an internet promotion. He made what is typically an unpleasant experience a great one.

I had very positive experience at the Sherman Oaks store. It's always nice when the staff is friendly and efficient in helping you with your needs. Recommending the store for fast problem-solving is a kind gesture, and it may be helpful for others who has problem to set up on phone for the new service.

Dishonest and their customer service is despicable. representative Ernesto actually lied- First told me it was unlimited Internet and then he told me there's a cap on my cell service also didn't tell me that the first month was $39 instead of 29 which would've been a big deal but the cap on the cell phoneThe worst was, he told me it was unlimited cell phone data, and then he told me there was a cap . Ernesto was despicable. He was angry because I was going to cancel so he hung up on me, knowing that I would have to call back and be put on hold. If Ernesto answer your phone call, hang up because he's an ethical road and dishonest.

Spectrum wifi in Sherman Oaks is completely unreliable. We can't watch a movie without dealing with a bad connection. Shopping for a better alternative.

We had an awesome experience at this store. It was a little hard to find but worth it. The store was clean and had the phone we wanted in stock the people were very friendly. The Associate we worked with, Taushamika Edwards was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this mobile retail store.

I had to wait for 2 hours just to drop off equipment. There were checkout people who were not doing anything but would not take customers . They shouldn't be out on the floor talking with other employees if they aren't taking customers. Store on va nuys.

i thought, wow, a spectrum with no one inside...now i know why no one was ever there. I went in to deal with something else, and they sold me a cell phone plan. They told me it was $30 for unlimited, and you can add a line for free for 30 days. I didn't have another device on me so they said oh just call it in when you have it. Soooo, I finally get around to doing so, and when i called, they told me I had to go to the store to do it. If I did wait, it would have been past my 30 days, and they said the online service is different from the store service, so I would have to go back to the store to deal with my issue. If you are the same company i shouldn't need to go back to the same store i purchased it from. Target doesn't make you return your items at the same target you bought it from, and they are a national company too! As soon as I can switch back to Verizon, I am, i just need to check if it hurts that i cancel before the year is up, because i'm sure they did not tell me that when i signed up! If someone from verizon is reading this, please get me a better deal as I was a long term customer and should have never switched. They have fixed my problems in the past and have even given me credit to make up for the issue, so I would LOVE TO GO BACK TO VERIZON FOR PHONE SERVICE.Moral of the story, don't sell something your company can't follow up on, NO MATTER THE LOCATION.Update:Automated response from the owner. Great customer service to a long complaint. You guys must have a F- grade on BBB.
