If there was a way to give less than one star, I would. I showed up an hour after opening, and the store was closed. They have a very strict return policy and I got a gift that does not fit and was trying to exchange it as I only have 10 days from the purchase date. Not only was no one there, but no one answered the phone and their voicemail is a cell phone not attached to any business name. It feels like this is the store that set up to take advantage of the customer and their business practices are suspect at best. I've never had such a issues exchanging some thing, and when I've asked other friends, who have purchased goods from the store, they all have had similar complaints. Left a voicemail and never heard. This photo was taken during their business hours and as you can see, no one is there.

Crazy lady who works at this store who screams obscenities at people walking by. Overpriced and ugly clothing anyways... but I would never frequent a place with hostile workers. Sorry your life is sad. I guess I'm not the only one who thinks they're rude - see the review below.

I came into the store after dining across the street at & Waffles, because some of the window displays were cute. I ended up walking out with two items. One shirt I bought with the label "Current Air" has been a hit. It looks wonderful and I've gotten a lot of compliments. I also bought a vest by "Be Cool" and unfortunately, the quality of that vest is so horrible. The design is really pretty; however, after wearing it once it was covered in lint, which I used a lint shaver to remove. I wore it one more time, and once again, it looks like a worn out old vest. I hope the store takes note of these quality issues and selects future items with more scrutiny.

I've been meaning to write a review on this place for years. This store is probably the most unwelcoming store I've ever walked into in LA. I am convinced that you better be wearing 100% Gucci for them to think you are even of any importance. I drive by it every single day and never stop in because I don't want to see the staff

Everything is sexy and cool vibes...the staff are sweet and helpful, never pushy. Ive been looking for a dress to wear to my Boyfriends daughters wine country wedding. There was a sale and they got me a silk dress for $34...Ive been looking at dresses that cost hundreds more. Im in shock, its so beautiful. They also have the absolute best collection of tees, sweaters and sweatshirts. Forget the mall, its all about SOTO

The people who work at this store are very very very rude. They look down at you. I don't recommend. The customer service is horrible. It's like they are doing you a favor by selling overly priced poor quality clothing.

The selections of the clothes, handbags and other fashion accessories are pretty good at an affordable price. The problem is the people who work there. They seem to ignore you as a customer if they don't know you. They only talk to those who they know. I don't think they are welcoming to customers that are not Caucasian! I don't want to say the word R...t! But I feel that they are! Staff were not friendly at all! You have to ask for help, then they give you A Look... a vibe that you don't belong in this store. Oh well, too bad it's their lost. I could have bought a lot of stuff there but I don't think they deserve my money. They have one star because of their selections and that's all I can give them!!

Went into Soto today with intention to shop, But the woman who was working made me extremely uncomfortable by asking questions regarding my medical decisions of vaccination. Did I miss the memo? Do healthy individuals require to be vaccinated to enter a boutique to shop? Extremely inappropriate and not to mention the condescending response I received when I said I am not. I even tried to just carry on and change the subject but she continued to grill me. So I left. If you want to be judged/questioned inappropriately by a retail employee go here! Oh and I forgot to mentioned OVERPRICED!

I absolutely love this store. It reminds me of being back east. Not too many boutiques in LA. They have great stuff and are super friendly and helpful.

Used to love this store and shop here all the time, however lately the girls who work there just seem really stuck up and their prices seem to have gone up while the quality of their clothes has gone down. Disappointed
