I ordered them over a month ago, The customer server is the worst, I asked for a custom sign and spelled everything out, The person CATHERINE couldn't understand on email or on phone. Finally after a month of going back and forth, they emailed me the sign was in and ready, Drove across town in rush hour traffic and to get there and only 1 sign is done. She tried to tell me I only ordered 1 sign, I showed her the invoice and the email and she agreed I ordered 2 signs. However, when I asked if they could just mail them to me as it was their mistake the signs were not ready she told me I could pay for shipping, Where is the customer service on this? They messed up and wanted me to waste more gas to come over to pick up what they could of easily sent out, because of CATHERINE's mistake. There are so many sign places in the area - Please do yourself a favor and go there this place is terrible!

I called about about a sign and they gave me a price but when I arrived , the girl on the phone raises the price and lied about she said on the phone . Take your business some where else

I called with a last minute need. The person on the phone was super nice, patient and gave me some options on the phone. I went into the store to finalize my order and the person at the front desk was equally kind, patient and helpful. My sign was made, it looked exactly how I needed it to and I could not be happier! I was in a pinch and Signarama delivered. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend!
