Sherman Oaks Collision Center just found a lifetime customer. What an amazing experience from day 1.Raffi the owner is truly wonderful. You can tell he’s not an owner that sits on the sidelines. He does everything to make sure the cars are in perfect condition and the customers are satisfied.I cannot express how happy I am after a semi truck sideswiped my car. Not only does the car look brand new and drive like new, the service throughout was well noticed.A big thank you to Gary, Maria, and Cynthia for the help in person and taking care of all the insurance and rental items.Easy 5 stars. Highly recommended not only for body work but mechanical work and car inspections as well.

One of the easiest 5 stars you will ever see me give. I am truly impressed with Raffi and the team at SOCC. Not only did my car come back as if its brand new, but the service I received was truly amazing. When an owner goes above and beyond, you know you are working with the right company. High quality body work and mechanical work on my car. I can't thank you guys enough. Highly recommended.

Gary went above and beyond to make sure my car was in pristine condition. He treated my car like it was his own. He made sure to update me on the progress. His shop is exceptional and way better than the typical franchise body shops. My car looked brand new once it was out of the shop and I cannot be more happy about it!!

Raffi and his team are top notch! Transformed my Tesla from severe damage to brand new. Delays were out of their control. His front desk staff kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommended.

The BEST body shop in the Sherman oaks area or i should say in the valley. I took my car in after someone backed into it. Raffi the boss is very helpful and easy to talk to. The front office staff Cynthia and Maria are very professional and pleasant to deal with. They answered all my questions and concerns. They also communicated with me throughout the process. Rafi and his team are so incredibly helpful and accommodating. My window was broken and he went above and beyond to get it replaced quickly, even with his busy schedule. I am so grateful!! It was a huge bummer to have someone bust in my window and Sherman Oaks Collision Center saved me from a massive headache of trying to shop around for a reasonable price and schedule an appointment that wasn't weeks out. For many years, I have been looking for a body shop that I could trust and know that they would not take advantage of their customers, and I finally found Sherman Oaks Collision Center! I worked with Gary directly, and I have never been so impressed with a service like the one that Gary provided! He is the most reliable and he always keeps you updated every single day with the progress of your vehicle. Their customer service is top notch and the attention they give to each individual customer is No. 1 out of all the shops I’ve been to during my lifetime! I don't think I could be much more disappointed with my experience. My brother is a LA City fireman and worked right next door to this shop. After a recent wreck, he suggested I drop my wife's Suburban in July @ Sherman Oaks Collision Center with the owner, Raffi.Raffi and his staff were great in the beginning. Raffi let me know they always stand behind their work and provide a lifetime warranty. Told me. "We'll take care of you. Don't worry." But it was downhill form there.Delays due to insurance estimate and supply chain led to repairs taking more than two months. Not ideal but completely understandable.Car was finally done, but unfortunately there were multiple issues when I picked up my wife's car in September. The wheel damaged in the accident had not been fixed, door trim appliqués were damaged, imperfections in clear coat, the interior was left dirty, carpet stained, dirty headliner, plastic interior panels were not properly reinstalled and some were even damaged.Staff (Cynthia) promised to order replacement parts and correct matters once the replacement parts were received. Four months later, numerous emails and phone calls, nothing has been done!I was told in numerous back and forth emails over the last few months that resolution was being delayed due to staffing shortages. But today, mid-January, I was told in an email, "..our standpoint that your satisfaction of our work will not be met regardless of whether we address your concerns or not..."I was obviously not happy and followed up with a phone call to the company. Unlike previous attempts, the owner returned my call and said he would not be making any attempts to correct matters because he had been in this business for a long time and knows I will never be satisfied. Told me "even people with Ferraris don't care about a little scratch on the wheel." Told me I was too picky. Maybe so, but why did he charge my insurance company for a new wheel if he never planned to address it?On the flip side, he did offer to send me a check to cover the cost for new door appliqués but refused to complete the work because "he was scared to touch my car because I would never be happy". We shall see if I actually receive reimbursement and this does not address the other issues including the wheel.So utterly disappointed. Not one attempt was ever made to correct issues noted at pickup and promised to be resolved.Don't let this be you! Don't be fooled by all the empty promises. I saw all the positive reviews online and fell for the hype "we do high-end Audi, Mercedes, Ferrari, Porsche, etc." and other name dropping. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headaches, and hours spent emailing and on the phone...Go to another body shop that stands behind their work!Services: Painting

this review is just on Maria answering the phone. though she was polite, she was robotic. my window won't roll back up. I just wanted to know if 1-they could pull it back up so I don't get robbed. 2- if they could even see me today. they might be busy & I don't want to waste my time if they have 10 currently being worked on & I get turned away. her answer was: come in & well see if we can help you. but I asked if you were busy. she repeated, come in & well see if we can help you. I'm trying to get my window pulled back up. i need a motor, & will fix it at a later date. I guess I wasn't being clear enough, or I'm the a****** for wanting to know if they were busy or not... ok, gotta call a shop that can see if they can help me... TODAY.
