When you come to a laundry mat you expect that your clothes will come out cleaner than they went in. Not always true at this establishment. They are very over priced and so I wasted about $21 on 3 machines because I had to re-wash my clothes. I complained but the attendant pretended like she only spoke Spanish. I know a little Spanish but not enough to argue.

I like it bc it close to my house and I need a place I can take my comforter to wash. Its extra large puffy fluff of a thing and I could never wash it at home or a regular washer. They have some big machines. There are some Gaps in there I hope they fill with new machines maybe bigger ones

Clean decent place to get laundry done while my machine was being repaired. Parking was pretty good too. Glad I found this place.

New to the area so thought I would try out a nearby laundry-mat and they price for washers that are not even for bulk size laundry is too much plus they don't advertise how other laundry mats do based on size load. Also, the dryer is one quarter for 6 minutes only that's high robbery. Overall, a single star because of the price, non advertisement, and employees with judging faces .

The place is clean, and luckily because I came here early in the morning there was parking but I can see how if it were a different time there wouldn't be parking. A three load was a bit pricey. I came here because it was close to where I was dog and house sitting. The one I usually go to, the three loads isn't $4.50, I believe it was roughly $3.75. Also, there is only one giant dryer which is $0.50 but honestly it didn't really dry my clothes after putting it in twice. I almost felt cheated out of $1. Clean and efficient but not my cup of tea to spend that much for the load and dry. But that's just my penny pinching mindset.

It had been appx. 6 months since I'd done laundry and it was 113 degrees outside. It was also my birthday weekend and LIKE HELL I'M DOING LAUNDRY ON MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND. Being 100% out of clean underwear, I decided to treat myself to a fluff and fold, and after carefully explaining to my husband that a fluff and fold isn't what he thought it was, I dropped off several truckloads at the Laundry. It was weighed, I was quoted a very reasonable price, and told to come back in a few days. ...but all of a sudden I had to go out of town. Whoops! It was an emergency so off I went. I bought underwear there, so calm down. The Laundress texted me to let me know my clothes were ready, and when I explained that I was on the other side of the country she assured me that it was no problem. I came back a week later and my clothes were right there waiting for me! Right there in plastic bags, FOLDED TO PRISTINE PERFECTION. What a lovely way to treat yourself, if you have the extra cash. It is CASH, btw - and there are specific hours to drop-off and pick up. And parking can be a nightmare - but this felt like peak self care and I can't wait to visit again in another 6 months or whenever I run out of undies again. Kudos to these hard-working, kind women and thank you for not minding that I was so delayed picking them up!!

I set a timer for my washers and as I came back in from the parking lot, my things were being moved to the laundry carts by a Hispanic and/or Latino female attendant, come to find out, at the request of a White female guest that wanted to use a complete row of washers and my machines had just stopped. I wasn't given any time to move my own things. It felt very violating as the items were clothes and underwear. Never had this experience before, and I won't be back.
