“My son started at 2 years old and he LOVES it. The teachers and all the staff are so gentle, fun, and overall incredible teachers. The daily activities are so fun and educational. My son is almost 4, going into a new class there and we can't wait. He asks to go to school on the weekends he loves his teachers and friends so much. It's great having a school where I can send my son and have complete peace of mind. Also to mention, the parents here are also incredible! The fundraising events are absolutely stellar and fun for both the parents and kids while raising money for the school. Can't beat this community! So grateful for SOPNS!”

“I had 6 kids go through this school. The teachers had all been amazing. When they had the Pre K program (SRLDP?) going we had a very positive experience with Mrs. Sanders. Don't know if she is still teaching there. I have a diabetic son too and Nurse Elaine was the BEST! when it came to his care. AWESOME school. Hated to leave when we had to move out of state.”

“We moved our son from a very expensive Reggio school on the west side to ABC since it was closer to home and cheaper. Ever since then I have been blown away by how clean, safe, organized, and FUN it has been for him. I love the parent involvement and community feel. He has learned so much. Not going to lie, at first I definitely judged by the sidewalk view, but after one tour I was converted. We love ABC!”

“My son learned more during one year Zoom classes at Riverside Drive than during four years in person classes at Saticoy Elementary. So thankful to have a great teacher like Ruvelcaba.”

“Both my children began WeVillage from the time they were babies. My youngest started at 9 weeks and now she is 20 months! I always felt like my kids were safe, cared for, and adored. The people who cared for them always felt like a second family and I looked forward to chatting with them at drop off and pick up. My kids loved going here and there was never a tear when dropping off. If anything, they were like "bye mom! I need to go play now, go!" They were given opportunities to thrive and be their silly selves. We are going to miss WeVillage when we move! Thank you for caring for our babies during this special time.”

“Our daughter's enthusiasm for school has been a wonderful surprise for us. Each morning, she eagerly looks forward to her day, which speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere that the school provides.Having come from an outstanding daycare that she attended until 2.5 years old, we were particularly discerning in finding a place that would match its excellence. While she outgrew the daycare, it set a high standard, and we're thrilled to say that this preschool meets and even exceeds those expectations. One aspect that has truly impressed us is the level of organization. We receive a detailed monthly calendar, giving us a clear overview of the planned activities. Additionally, the weekly curriculum emails from the teacher have been invaluable. They not only provide insight into what our daughter is learning but also allow us to engage with her about her day in a meaningful way.Overall, we are grateful for the warm and nurturing environment that this preschool offers. It has exceeded our expectations, and we are delighted to see our daughter thriving in such a positive setting.”

“I'm a mother of 2, living in Sherman Oaks, my oldest son went the Greenleaf Mindful Montessori for 2.5-years and we loved it so much we just started our youngest son there this year. What originally drew me to this school was the Montessori curriculum and the fact that children of all ages from 2.5-5 years old learned and worked together in the same environment. I wanted my son to learn at his own pace and also learn from other kids a year or 2 older than him. Within the first couple weeks both of my sons grew rapidly in there development, they were talking more, they were more independent, they were sharing with each other, etc. What I love most about this school is that it includes the Montessori curriculum, but also goes beyond it with enrichment classes like Music, Art, French, Yoga, etc. And there are so many wonderful events, from Halloween Parades, to Potlucks, to Tea Parties, to World Fest, etc. There's also a strong community of parents, teachers and students, we've made so many friends and we're so grateful to have found this little gem of a preschool in this big city.”

“I normally don't post reviews but I felt the need to review the school my kids go to because it's so hard to find a good private school that's big enough to have many friends in the class but small enough to foster a strong community. Saint Francis de Sales is committed to fostering a sense of community that you don't find in many places around Los Angeles. They organize various events and initiatives that bring together students, parents, and teachers, creating a supportive network that extends beyond the classroom. SFDS encourages students to explore their imaginations, fostering a love for innovation and problem-solving. SFDS students are given the freedom to express themselves and develop their unique talents through art, music, sports, drama, science and many other ways.”
