Not loving the hours, 10:00 is too early to close for a store that was formerly open 24 hours before Covid. 11:00 or even midnight would be better. Ralph's never switched their hours back to 24/7 either, what's up with that, Covid is done and over. Besides that the place is great, nice employees and I'd give it five stars if they stayed open a little later.

I've shopped here a couple times before but this particular day a female employee was working and was being very rude and asked me to leave the store. Never again will I shop here again and I posted on social media for anyone in the valley that follows me to go elsewhere

Whenever I've gone in my fav employee to see there is Alma!! She makes me feel comfortable asking my questions about my purchases and gives good suggestions. Ty for always being so chill!!

I am no stranger to this location. I have been going here for quite some time to get items needed. They have good selection of lingerie, lubed, toys, strap on's, shoes, and sex machines that's affordable. I love that the staff has product knowledge and offer great suggestions to you. I purchased a motor bunny sex machine (from the store on Lankershim) and there was a defect in the plug power plug. And being when I called to tell them about it they advised me the machine was discontinued and they didn't have any more in stock. They advised me the cowgirl sex machine was available at this location. So I went and purchased the cowgirl here. Can I just say this machine is premium quality it's better than a Sybian more comfortable and VERY powerful. I am so happy with this purchase. The manager also agreed if I take back the defective machine I would receive a store credit. Thank you to management for handling this so professionally and promptly. I am a dedicated loyal customer for life!!

I highly recommend this adult toy store. I went with my girlfriend into what could of been a uncomfortable situation. instead, we found ourselves laughing and enjoying the time at the store. We were able to find a lot of what we wanted on our own but when it seemed like we were confused, Marlene, the manager asked us if we needed any help. Not only did she show us everything we were looking for but we were very comfortable talking to her which is in our opinion, very important. Over all, when it comes to anything in this genre of store, we will certainly be returning here!

I visited the store last week and Marlene was so helpful with a great knowledge I could say that she has great knowledge of everything she explained me very detailed and has a Great customer service. I felt so comfortable with her help for sure I'll go back and look for her great experience and help

I have been going to this store for quite some time now and I have to say their star employee is Greg. I think he also goes by GX. Everytime I come to the store he's always polite and extremely knowledgeable. He's helped me time and time again even when I was really embarrassed about shopping for specific things in the first place. If you're going to stop by, make sure you go to Greg for your questions.

Visited the store the other day to add some life to my relationship. Never been a guy to come to these places so I'll be the first to admit I was wary. Gregor (Greg?) completely changed that for me. Super cool guy, knows what he's talking about, probably a master. Needless to say, me and my GF were both happy with my visit. I won't shop unless he's there next time.
