Was told over the phone that an important and time sensitive medical device would be ordered and available for pick-up and when I went to pick it up it had not been ordered at all. Very dangerous to be without this device and so disappointed in Ralph's. Employees were rude and offered no solution or accountability beyond saying that they weren't the person I had talked to.

Walgrns, Costco, Rit Aid, ths ar all way bttr pharmacis thn Ralphs. If you do gt your mdication from hr don't mak th mistak of asking th pharmacist for advic. Thy will us it against you in th long run. ?

It's been so nice since they revamped it a few years back. Fanciest Ralph's I've ever been to. Inflation has hit every industry, but especially the grocery business - so I can't really hold the recent price hike against this store personally (though Kroger's profits have been higher than expected this year, and they choose to pocket them and not to pass those savings into the customers)Plus they do car pickup, where they bring your groceries out to your car, which is a boon for anyone with young children or who take care of elderly or if someone can't afford the health risk of being in public. The team that does the car delivery are truly amazing. They're constantly moving/shopping throughout the store, juggling frozen/hot/food/produce for dozens of customers... and yet they almost never make a mistake (and if they do, they compensate you for it immediately). They're all so nice, and friendly, and have a really tough job, but make it completely painless for the customer. On the very rare occasion that they weren't able to get my order on time (like if somebody called in sick), they've called me to let me know they needed a little extra time and then called to let me know when my order was ready.

I waited twenty minutes for fresh fried chicken and this guy in the deli department sold me old chicken after I waited. Such a j**** Service people are so rude sometimes. That happened today Monday October 24th 2:15pm…he should be fired.

While there are definitely good things about this store, I'm getting sick of it lately. Digital coupons! What an annoying and time wasting practice. There are also Items deceptively priced. For instance, toilet paper listed as $14.49 and the product was stacked directly above this price tag. It was 20.99 at check out. Find this happening a lot since I recently started checking my receipt. Bought some NOT Foster Farms chicken. There was something very wrong with it. Could barely get a fork in it and could barely cut it with a steak knife. It was inedible. So, the next week I asked for my money back. Store manager couldn't care less about what was wrong with it or what brand it was so they might correct this problem if others have a similar problem. She treated me like a child and fired questions at me like, "Did you call? Do you have the chicken? It's been over a week..." She was condescending. Like I'm supposed to know the protocol for bad chicken? I got a bad product which ruined the dinner I made and somehow was made to feel that I had done wrong. They did refund the money, but not without an unpleasant interaction and attitude. So, now I check my receipt. I found 3 mispriced items. I called and wrote down the name of whom I spoke with. Was told that one of the items was a known problem that day. A week later I requested the prices displayed and told I was wrong. I thought I followed protocol? They gave me one price but refused to give me the other 2 prices. It was only a few bucks, so I didn't press it, but felt ripped off. Along the same line, one product that I'm used to paying a certain price for I see with a big SALE sign on display when in reality it was MORE than I paid for the previous week. If the price is up, fine, but don't BS us! Money is tight for many of us and a few dollars here and there matters now that groceries are so expensive. I would like to tell Store Managers that I am NOT the enemy. I just started checking my receipts. I wonder how much I've wasted over the years on this?

I've shopped at Ralphs for 17 years with no complaints, and I've never written feedback for a grocery store before, but I have to plead with this location to please please PLEASE stop or dramatically rethink their "Ralphs Digital Deals" program. Forcing me to take 15 seconds to scan a digital coupon for every sale item I want to purchase (often dozens and dozens of items resulting in 30 minutes of completely wasted time every time I shop) is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered at a grocery store. Your customers have busy lives, and families, and things we'd rather do with our limited time on this earth then hold up the aisle for 15 seconds every time we want to save 50 cents on a loaf of bread. Scanning our Ralphs cards at the register should already give you plenty of data to know what your customers are buying -- there is absolutely no need to force us to repeat this action dozens of times throughout the store. I've spoken with many customers and Ralphs employees who agree that this is a terrible program, and, until it stops, I'll be forced to shop elsewhere.

I purchased a watermelon yesterday. It was rotten. I returned it to Ralph's and they deducted the difference in the purchase weight and the return weight. Are you kidding me? The difference was .21 cents. I bad to it open to taste it. One would assume some juices would come out. If this is the way you guys do business I'll shop elsewhere. Ralph's you ....! SMDH

Pharmacy is easy and convenient. The only problem is that inexperienced pharmacists do not read the directions on a prescription. I should not have to explain that I am getting an early refill because the dosage changed and I am running out. I had to do this on two different occasions with the same young new pharmacist who was not reading the prescribed directions correctly. They no longer use Good Rx but use Singlecare. If you don't mention this, you will get no discount on your RX even if it is in the computer with your name and birthdate and you are registered for the discounted RX. Pharmacists seem to change more frequently than before and each time I go it seems there are new people there. Doesn't feel like a neighborhood friendly pharmacy when staff changes all the time. I have numerous medical needs and I need a pharmacy that understands my needs. I will continue with this Ralphs for a few months, but then I may decide to change if staffing still seems so incompetent and inexperienced.

Now I have been to quite a handful of Ralph's in the Valley, but none compare to this one. The store is absolutely huge, and they have the best deals. My friend goes here everyday, only likes to shop for discounted groceries, and she finds some of the best meals and ingredients for a fraction of the price, it's impressive! This store has a wider variety of every brand than most other locations, you can find here food here you've never seen at another Ralph's. I wish I lived closer, this would be my go to shop, but I stop in every time I'm nearby!

I witnessed a white woman threaten this young Black man, calling him a "f*ggot" & a "n*gger" for touching her car in a crowded parking structure. Not only that, Ralph's employees sided with the woman. So Ralph's employees supports & defends racist homophobes? Not a good look Ralph's. Will not be shopping at this location anymore.

Not usually one to review a super market but Christie and April were exceptional tonight. Making sure I found everything I needed and even helping me find what I needed before I went home without it. Store was super well stocked and clean which is always a plus. I usually go the one closer to my house but was closer here tonight and will definitively be back !
