This Ralph’s pharmacy is “go to place”. Even their cash prices can beat the price my insurance company charges me.
The pharmacists and technicians are so attentive. I am grateful they are at my Ralph’s.

I may get my kosher items elsewhere, many times things have been spoiled. When brought up to management they give attitude. Not sure I would buy from here anymore.

This location gets swamped late at night because they only have a few staff for checkout. Finally they added a bagger to the night shift and the line MOVES! I'm able to get my stuff bagged up and paid for way easier now. Nicholas is awesome too. He was super thoughtful with how he bagged my items.

Good selection and usually well stocked. Great deals on certain things when on sale, which is a big help since food prices have risen so high. They have really good quality and the Deli is pretty good as sd.n

Ever since the pandemic, Ralph's has knowingly and intentionally understaffed their stores. None are more appealing than this store.YOU HAVE TURNED THE PEOPLE INTO THE LORD OF THE FLIES.Every single day there are lines that go halfway down the aisles. Many of the employees literally look like they will topple over from the stress. Customers all act like jerks because of the lines and naturally they take it out on the staffers. It is maddening. I have shopped at this Ralph's for 15 years straight as my son's school is one block away. Today was the last straw out of hundreds of straws. Stop setting up your store for arguments and every-man-for-himself tactics. Actually, I dont care what you do, I've moved on. I can't keep going back to this place as it feels like I'm back with an abusive lover every time I give it "one more chance" I'm tired of spending 1200 a month to wait in your lines and feel survivors guilt every time I get to leave and your poor employees have to stand there and suffer.

I just wanted to update my review for the van Nuys and Burbank location in Van Nuys. The Pharmacy is a disaster! The Pharmacists the worst the display is thrown on top of each other like a pile of junk things mixed together narrow walkways, You have to spend time searching for basic items. Its in back of the Pharmacy counter a sperate section, inventory their is none, organization their is none!! My advice close the Pharmacy all together for this location use that extra spot for groceries. The people their now let go!!! Take a walk directly across the street on Van Nuys Blvd compare CVS to this location, Yelpers you tell me the difference!!! Kroger here is doing everything wrong, CVS is doing everything right!!! Compare the selection, customer service, the display. Kroger time to close up shop the Pharmacy that is or do it right Corporate!!

Beware of Contaminated Wild SalmonI recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at Ralph's Supermarket that I feel compelled to share. My purchase of wild salmon turned out to be a complete nightmare, as the fish was infested with parasitic worms. Needless to say, this has left a lasting negative impression.Upon bringing the salmon home, I noticed something suspicious while preparing it for dinner. To my shock and disgust, I discovered numerous wriggling worms throughout the flesh. It was a truly repulsive sight that I never expected to encounter when purchasing fish from a reputable supermarket like Ralph's.This incident raises serious concerns about the quality control and freshness of Ralph's seafood department. As a customer, I trust that the products I purchase are safe and of high quality. However, the presence of such parasites in the wild salmon suggests a severe lapse in hygiene and thoroughness in handling and inspecting their seafood products. Not only did this unfortunate discovery ruin my meal plans, but it also raised health concerns. Parasitic worms can pose a risk to consumers, potentially causing gastrointestinal discomfort and other health issues. It is deeply alarming that Ralph's Supermarket would allow such contaminated products to reach the shelves, jeopardizing the well-being of their customers.Given the appalling experience I had with Ralph's Supermarket, I cannot recommend their seafood department, particularly their wild salmon. The presence of parasitic worms not only reflects poorly on their quality control but also raises serious doubts about the safety of their products. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when purchasing seafood from this establishment and consider alternative options to ensure the health and enjoyment of their meals.Simply put: don't trust any food from this establishment, unless you enjoy putting your health and well being at risk.

Tina offered me excellent customer service when I called frantically looking for graduation leis!! I really appreciated her running to the floral department to check for them because the floral department was closed. She could have just told me to call back tomorrow, but she went the extra mile which is rare nowadays! Thank you, Tina!!!

WARNING! DO NOT COME HERE EVEN SLIGHTLY CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RAISE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE!This location closes at 12:45am when they are supposed to close at 1:00am. Over 3 times I've parked and walked up to the entrance at 12:40 and they STILL didn't let me in. WHY have store hours posted if you don't adhere to them? The security guard is stuck in a job with no upward mobility so he uses his security guard "powers" to block people from coming in. Many times I have seen him smiling behind the locked glass doors when it's 15 to 25 minutes BEFORE CLOSING TIME OF 1:00am. Power tripping security guard, I honestly feel bad for him - The only place he has a sense of control is his little Ralph's domain. Not just his fault too - this Ralph's ALWAYS HAS CLOSING TIME AS 2:00AM ONLINE. I've seen countless people saying the time is wrong, that they are here before closing - no matter, the management here is just as unprofessional. MANAGERS, GET YOUR DAMN STORE CLOSING HOURS CORRECT AND LET PEOPLE IN IF IT ISN'T THE POSTED CLOSING TIME! THIS IS WHY EVERYONE GOES TO THE OTHER 2 RALPHS THAT ARE 5 MINUTES AWAY! This Ralph's location is also consistently the dirtiest - parking lot full of trash floating around.

Los Angeles number one market. Excellent service, no matter where you go. A cozy place that is always clean and impeccable where you find high quality products. (Excellent variety of cheeses, this is my favorite part of Ralph's)

This Ralphs location is one of the worst--customers are low-priority here as evidenced by the mad house of a Saturday morning. On one of the busiest days of the week, this location chooses to keep half the self-checkout areas closed and then staff only about half the registers. When I asked the manager if they would open more registers and pointed to lines of people waiting everywhere, the response was a shoulder shrug. It was so fulfilling to leave a cart full of groceries in the middle of the aisle as I walked out the door and headed to Trader Joe's.
