Had a small job to add a new section of gutter and downspout. They were really easy to get a quote, arrange and schedule for the work, the arrived on time, were very professional and finished within an hour. They even put up some extra flashing to redirect some water away from my awning. Highly recommend!

Very sad to write a negative review. I had a good experience with this company through the estimate, coordination with their office person and instillation. I wired the deposit from my checking account once I signed the paperwork and their office confirmed receipt. When the job was done I immediately mailed a check for the balance that was promptly cashed. Today, two weeks after instillation, I get a call from the owner stating I haven't paid a cent and I owe them the complete balance. Of course I told him I paid for everything in full and could prove it and this is his problem. he basically called me a liar. Clearly this company has big issues. I am hoping my new gutters hold up but if I contact them I assume I will be told that I owe thousands of dollars that I don't owe. I was going to keep using this company to clean my gutters every year but there is no way now I would contact them again.

I had made an appointment with Rain Gutter Pros for today. The employee Rizza had called me this morning , but didn't leave a VM. I returned the call just prior to the 1st appointment time they 1-2pm She said I would have to reschedule the appoinment since I didn confirm it. Well, I dont answer #'s from people not in my contacts (Too much spam now a days) but informed her that I took a day off withour pay and she insisted there appt be rescheduled. reminded her the appt. was between 1-2 and it wasn't 1 yet. She continued to argue with me and would not come by for the appt. I think arguing with a potential client is very un-professional. not sure if I am wrong here for not answering the phone earlier or not, but no reason to reschedule when I retiurned her call for the appt. anyway. Oh well, have to learn to live with disapointment, and do they.. Their Loss.

I had gutters replace last year after the rains. They had to come back twice as an important corner by the front door leaked badly. Once we got into the extensive rains last couple months it has been a major hassle. Using umbrellas, towels to protect my property. Plus replaced wood has rotted & paint fell off.I will call another co. right after this wet spell. It will not be Pro Gutters!Dan SToluca Lake area

Had a new roof applied last year and when it leaked this year I was told the gutters are bad and I needed a gutter guy. Called Rain Gutter Pros and spoke with Tom. He was super helpful and got out to our commercial property at his earliest availability. After coming into the building and going up on the roof with me - he advised that the issue is a bad gutter and a skylight that would be like surgery to do. He advised we try an adhesive to coat the gutter and the surrounding skylight to see if that will solve our issue before going the much more invasive route. Although it wouldn't be something he could assist with he wanted to be honest and give me much cheaper potential solution to try before contracting out the entire removal and replacement. Appreciate the prompt response, appointment and honesty. Will be using them for sure if the replacement ends up being the solution. Ryan - Decades Inc 8214 Melrose Ave. Los Angeles

Highly recommend. We hired Oz to install perforated sheet metal on our carport ceiling (soffit) after a months long complicated retrofit. Oz was patient, thorough, his crew meticulous, and the finished product was beautiful and contemporary. We rehired Oz later on to install a section of rain gutter because we appreciated the quality of the company's work.

We were very impressed with Rain Gutter Pros. We had an unusual situation. We had just replaced our wood patio cover with a Smart Patio Plus cover which is made of metal. The manufactured metal cover has a super gutter to catch the rain from the house. The problem was, how to connect the super gutter on each side to the existing gutters. I had two contractors tell me that it would have to come down on the wall over my BBQ counter which I had said absolutely not. It would look terrible. I had a rough idea about how to do it and when Oz came out he listened to my idea and he made it happen! I was so pleased how ingenious he was in figuring it out to the last detail. His crew was courteous and professional and leaving our yard super clean. I will recommend Oz and Rain Gutter Pros to everyone.Service: Gutter repairs

We used Rain Gutter Pro back in 2018 and we recently saw that a piece of gutter was missing at the bottom of the line. This could have easily damaged the house's foundation. When I called them to come and fix it they tried to add me to their schedule but we needed something quicker than what they could do. However, they kept me on their cancellation list and I received a call asking if they could come as they were in the area, with a no-fee repair! This completely exceeded our expectations! Everything you want from a contractor--good communication, on time, good work, and fair price. I would hire them again. The guys who came to repair my downspout did an A+ job and worked with me to solve a problem that popped up because I have a 100 year old house and nothing is ever easy to fix.

Love these guys and we know something about contractors. We have remodeled our home inside and out, including pool, travertine deck, IPE wood deck, roof, cement driveways, painting, fencing, awnings, lights, landscaping, shutters, etc etc etc. just on the outside. Don't get me started on the inside. Oz of Rain Gutter Pros put gutters all around our old house perfectly from start to finish. Plus, we changed our minds at one point, and had to move a downspout, and it was.....no problem, done. Careful examination -- we have learned to carefully examine everything contractors do -- so far finds it...well....flawless. Really nice looking, solid, suspiciously excellent. Contractors tend to do just do things and make choices without asking. We all wish they would continually lay out the choices and ask first. Oz was communicative (!) and his decision making was excellent. Wish he did more than gutters.
