Some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Wish I had gotten the name of the man I spoke to. I wasn't 100% sure what I was looking for but he was so patient with me and looked up everything that may have been needed. 100 % would recommend.

Small shop that had several different bike racks built-up to test out the fit and style with my vehicle. I called ahead to find out what was available in the store ahead of time since I'm out of town (Sherman Oaks is the closest location for me). I had a pleasant experience talking with the representatives who answered my questions and helped me load hitch racks on my car. They also helped with the installation and the rack has been great so far!

I walked in and got a no nonsense quote with a date and time for installation. My installation was done quickly (less time than estimated!) and at the price promised( no last minute markups)! Thank you for making my experience so pleasant Jodie!
