Martha S. is the best! I go to Quest a lot - the one on 4849 Van Nuys Blvd in Sherman Oaks, CA and I am lucky enough to get her every time as my phlebotomist. I never feel the needle and she is sweet and pleasant to be around, always a pleasure!

Had the best experience at this Quest location! Was seen for bloodwork right away (with appointment made ahead of time). I was warmly greeted by Martha who was AMAZING. She was able to find my vein right away to get the bloodwork done and made me laugh throughout. Will come back in the future!

Quest is truly awful. If you’re late by one minute, you will be waiting for hours on standby. They have no consideration for the people that show up slightly late to their appointment. If you have an alternative to quest, go somewhere else.

Very satisfying experience. The phlebotomist (male) in this location is amazing - almost pain free experience, unlike another location I went last time. The check in process was easy, and they admitted me with no extra wait (again, unlike in another location where I waited another 30 mins past my appointment). Highly satisfied.

Go to another site. I heard BH is good. 50 min wait with appt. Overloaded, rushed tech stabbed me. Never coming back here.

If I could give this Quest location zero stars I would. The man who drew my daughter's blood was horrible. He was completely inexperienced (in my opinion) and made the process more painful than it should have been. I told him my daughter was extremely anxious about getting blood drawn and asked him to use a butterfly needle. He said he would use whichever needle he thought best and that butterfly needles are more painful. I should have left right there and then, but I didn't. I won't make that mistake again. Everyone at this Quest location was rude and unprofessional. And, the wait time was unreasonably long. Not sure why as there were only about 10 people ahead of us (including those with appointments) yet our wait time was almost 2 hours! I will NEVER go back to this location.

You need a person in the office to field questions, and make sure that people are getting served in the correct order. I had showed up for my appointment about 1 minute early, checked in on time, and sat there while they took 2 people that came and checked in after me. When the door opened again for someone to leave, I jumped up and asked a phlebotomist what was going on? They had passed me up somehow, and I was not pleased at all. They couldn't find me, someone said I was in the WRONG OFFICE! I said HOW CAN THAT BE? I'M CHECKED IN!!!! This is unfair to the phlebotomists and the patients. They should not be having to deal with your lack of office staff! I hope to never again use your company until you get someone in the office to field questions. Someone to answer a phone for information is also necessary. Every time I come to Quest, I have a horrible experience. Maybe patients should start picketing your locations! Maybe your phlebotomist should too? Are they in a union? Maybe if not, they should be!

My visit was efficient and professional. The place needs remodeling, and can use a good cleaning. However the lady I saw was very nice and accommodating to any questions I had.
