This place is the BEST! I can't say enough about them...they are kind & caring. They treat my little furbaby so well Every time I go there. I highly recommend...It doesn't hurt that they are a local small business, supporting them is really the right thing to do, but they also happen to be excellent. You won't regret using them.

These guys seem to do a consistently good job on dog grooming with a good turnaround time and for a reasonable price. We have used them four or five times so far.

The best place to take your dog to get groomed! We just took our Rottweilers to get groomed for the first time with them and they did an amazing job! We've always bathed them ourselves but this time we thought why not try getting them groomed. The staff is amazing they are all very kind! Our dogs loved them! When we picked our dogs up from their appointment they smelled so good, their coat was extremely soft, and shiny! I will definitely be taking them here again!

Called multiple groomers and no one had availability for a Saturday. I called pride 'n joy and they got me in same day right after my call. It was my baby's first time getting groomed so i was very nervous but as soon as I got there the staff seemed so happy and nice. There's good parking in the back and I picked my pup up in less then 2 years. Very efficient

My first time at any groomer. I have a long haired cat that can be very skittish around new people. They definitely took good care of her, even though her hair cut was a little shabby. I think it was probably due to my cat wiggling and being scared since it was her first time.

Friendly place. Good cat food options. This was also the only place able to trim my agressive cat's claws. Other groomers and vets say she'd need a sedative but they did it quick and painlessly without one. Total pros

It's so hard to find a cat groomer in LA. The guy there adores cats, and does such a good job with my baby. And she's absolutely neurotic so it's no easy feat. I love the owner, and you can feel his love for the animals. Highly recommend!!!

I have a big fat Siberian forest cat and he cannot reach his private areas sometimes so he benefits from a haircut and bath... so me and my mom were calling literally every groomer in the SFV to check if they do cats and what their prices would be and finally we found a lady who is a mobile groomer but she kept flaking on us and just by chance we drove by this store and i called and they were able to get my boy in the same hour on a Sunday ,for a lion cut & bath! Omg he was so happy after getting his haircut... we're from the bay so this LA heat was really killin him but he has been so happy after and he looked so cute!! They have the best prices and they did an amazing job with him, im so happy with how he looks and i will definitely bring him back again. I can tell the guys who bathed and groomed him were very good to him because usually after he gets a bath & haircut, he's all depressed for the rest of the day but he was happy and didn't seem to be scared at all once we picked him up and brought him home.. I'm so glad we found a place that actually loves cats enough to be patient with them .. thank you guys
