Fantastic service! I went in for notary and fingerprint services and their staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and took care of my needs. They have an excellent location with validated parking. So many services including mailbox rentals. I highly recommend this place.

GreediestUPS proprietor I've ever encountered after decades shipping with this service and thousands spent the owner refused to print a prepaid adhesive shipping label. UPS already made money on the transaction and the cheap chiseler insists on bilking customers for an entire overpriced roll of shipping tape. Avoid this curmudgeon's business at all costs!

Says mailing services on their website. Was a waste of time because it doesn't say they don't do certified mail. Every other mail services location has taken them for me. Maybe put limited services on your website so we don't waste our time.

I just had an awkward encounter at this USPS store at Allott and Ventura. I simply wanted to mail a 5.5 x 8.5 card to Studio City. The woman said it would cost $.80 and proceeded to put a single standard forever stamp on it. I said I thought she would weigh it and stick a postage label on it but not understanding me she said if I wanted tracking it would cost $9. I said I just want it to go regular mail. After she and a man briefly conversed, she then said it would require another stamp for another $.80 to mail it out for a total of $1.60. I said I would just hand deliver it in Studio City and left, after paying $.80 for a $.63 stamp. I went to the US post office to mail it out and it cost $.63, no problem. Ridiculous!

Seems like a small business but don’t advertise that it is a Fed Ex Shipment center when it is not. I had two packages to return. One had a pre printed label and the other had a QR code that could be scanned for FedEx shipping. They told me they couldn’t accept the package without a printed label. There was a printable label attached as well as the QR code. The gentleman said I could email it to him and he would print it but I would be charged a dollar for printing the label. I said no thanks and left. Just be ware that you need to have pre printed labels for any packages that you are trying to return or you will be charged extra.

The couple that run this store have always been kind and helpful, even though most of the time I'm just there to drop off pre-paid packages. Nevertheless, they greet me with a smile and a friendly hello every time.

I had two packages to drop off for Fed Ex shipping. one came with prepaid envelope and the other I received a QR code and was told it could be scanned by FedEx shipping center. This business scanned and accepted the package with preprinted label and said they couldn't accept the other without a printed label. They offered to have me email the label to them while I was in the store and they would print it but they wanted to charge me a dollar for printing the label! So if you have returns, print your labels at home or go to a true FedEx shipping center.

Don't go there for passport picture. She is not expert at this job at all. And the place is so messy.

I had some documents to be notarized and i just walked in. From the minute I walked in they were so friendly and informative. Great service!
