I think a lot of the reviews about the owner's "attitude problem" is due to a cultural divide ?. He has always been helpful and nice to me, my mom, and even my grandma, who is not easy to work with at all lol... If you are expecting the American ideal of customer service where he greets you with a big smile and pep in his step then I can see how he would seem rude. But he is not. In Asian cultures it's not typical to be a circus clown for your customers. This is why a lot of Chinese food restaurants also have bad reviews for "poor customer service" ?. He is straightforward, efficient, and gets the job done. His assistant is very friendly and upbeat, so if you don't like the owner's personality then you can talk to the assistant instead lol... I also don't understand the fuss about this not being an "official" USPS Post Office, as if that makes this place some shady scam... everything I ship from here with a USPS label is quickly sent to a USPS warehouse. I have been going here since I was a teen, and I have NEVER been yelled at like other reviews mention, even when I've asked stupid questions. If you wait your turn in line, follow the rules/read the signs, and don't treat the employees like they are your slaves who need to serve you immediately, they will treat you with the same patience and respect. My whole family has used this post office for several years and they've never had any issues, even with super large and/or expensive packages. I'm tired of seeing the same complaint.

THIS IS NOT A US POSTAL CENTER. IT IS A PRIVATE MAILING SHOP FOR COMPANIES. NOT A USPS.

They rip customers off.I mailed 3 envelopes that weighed just under 8 oz each. The clerk sold me 24 forever stamps for $16.80. (Or 70 cents per stamp, with 8 stamps on each envelope, for $5.60 per envelope).I thought the price was high, and when I got home, I checked the post office's website. The price for 1st class mail for large envelopes weighing under 8 oz is $3.07. The total cost should have been $9.21, not $15.60. I went back and saw that they did in fact put 8 forever stamps on the envelope.I confronted the clerk and the owner. The clerk said they just sold me forever stamps and that was the correct number. He had no response to the printout from the post office showing this was wrong. The owner said that they don't have $3.07 stamps. I am shocked that a mailing center does not have stamps in various denominations. (Three $1 stamps, a five-cent stamp, and 2 one-cent stamps would have done it.) But even so, I asked him why he didn't just put on FIVE forever stamps. (Forever stamps are currently 68 cents each, and that would be a total of $3.40, well above the $3.07 price.) He said I could go to the post office if I wanted that.Bottom line: they are buying forever stamps at 68 cents (or perhaps less), selling them at 70 cents, and putting on more stamps than are needed. They made at least 48 cents on this transaction (24 stamps x 2 cents each). Even if they did not have the correct postage -- itself a problem -- they should have made at most 30 cents (15 stamps x 2 cents each). To gain the extra 18 cents, they were willing to add more stamps than was necessary and cost me $6.39 more than what I should have paid. The owner won't admit he is doing this and presumably won't stop. If they are willing to impose large costs on customers so that they could make a small additional profit, they are fundamentally dishonest. I would never use this shop again.

This is labeled as a usps post office but this is not a post office. This is an independent postal/shipping business. This labeling is misleading.

Owner is extremely rude. USPS closes at 4:30pm, not 5:30pm like it says on Google maps.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this Post Office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a willingness to help. The employees here are knowledgeable, and patient, and take the time to ensure that every customer's needs are met. It's refreshing to see a Post Office that truly values customer service.

Just read the signs everywhere. The owner (?) seems like an unhappy man with signs with Wait here!!!! Cash and check only!!!! Packing tape $0.50!!!! I only needed a small piece of tape and it was still going to be charged. Way to lose a new customer coming in for the first time. The assistant was really friendly though.

This is the first and last time I’ll be using this place. The guy here was rude on the phone and lazy in person. He didn’t even get up from sitting in the back when my husband was trying to ask him a question. Why provide a service to the community if you’re annoyed by people coming in.

??????Don’t let them package something for you, they will put your item in the most expensive option and then tell you after checkout. Very shady.
