Since this place was taken over it's been trash period, and than the owner always responds back with something smart to say, when someone post a bad review, I took my dog to another groomer n really quick he was able to fix the mess Lucy did on my poor midnight, he didn't need to go to no vet for a groom. And yes Lucy you only see my dogs every 4-6 months bc I also use other groomers around the area. what this owner should be doing is at least send an apology not a stupid reply so u can look like u didn't do anything wrong here, you mess up my dog period end of the story and u lost a customer I will never take both of my dogs there again

I recently dropped off my dogs Bonnie and Clyde for wash and style. The place was immaculate and they did A phenomenal job. Highly recommend

Prices went way up (from $58 to $75). I was very surprised when I was at check out and explained that I hadn't been there for over a month (prior to increase). The employee just kept saying 'well, look at the sign'. She could have cared less and showed no empathy. Blaming increases on inflation goes both ways. I guess it's gotten more expensive to groom dogs??? Well, it's also hitting my pocketbook to pay for it, so goodbye, Poodle Puff. I've already found a new pet groomer with a great reputation, lots of 4-legged customers, less expensive and actually LISTENED when I talked.

I was waiting a whole year to bring my full poodle to the poodle pump. I'm so satisfied and so happy. My dog came with a year of long hair that I tried to maintain. I walked out so happy walked in unsure thank you for taking the time and making sure that dude was as beautiful as I expected him to be.

They are the BEST BEST groomers...I have 3 dogs that actually look forward to going to get bathed and groomed!!!! The owner Lucy is so kind and loving as is her staff! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND POODLE PUFF

Masterclass - in Poor Customer Service Magdalena is definitely not at the poodle puff anymore. It's evident by the poor customer service I received. I used to live 5 minutes from the shop and would take my two pups in every 3 months regularly. We moved about 45 minutes away but I still wanted to take them there because she was so good with them and they were comfortable with her. Our visits became every 4 or 5 months due to the trek getting there. When I booked my most recent appointment, the response came back "what kind of pups are they?". I Thought that was a little strange but figured it was because our visits were a little more infrequent. I reminded her she's seen them many many times before and will most certainly recognize them upon our arrival. They then booked the appointment. Coming from 45 minutes away, we were running about 15 minutes late. I texted to let them know (thinking I was texting Magdalena). They turned us away for being late. I said we've driven in from 45 minutes away to see Magdalena. At that point, I was told she retired and the store is under new ownership and we'll need to reschedule. Most certainly will not be rescheduling with you! Why I was not told the shop was under new ownership at the time of booking the appointment I'll never know. Why the staff was unwilling or incapable to make an accommodation for someone being 15 minutes late I also won't know. I'd have been fine to wait longer for the inconvenience of being 15 minute late.. But turning us away? Not something the previous owner would have ever done! Masterclass in how to lose a customer new poodle puff.

I decided to try a new place for my labradoodle . I dropped her off at 11:45 and was told that it would take two hours . However it took 3.5 hours and I had to call to check up on when she was going to be done . My dog was shaved to the skin , very uneven. My poor dog is traumatized . I have added photos to show the abrasions

So sad that Magdalena retired, but she deserved it! The Poodle Puff is great and the new owner has been the groomer for some time. Pur fur babies are still in good hands. Even my picky little cavalier likes it there.

Just took my two dogs, Millie and Oliver, here for the first time and I'm so impressed with the service. Lucy and Norma were the two groomers who worked on them and I'm thrilled with the outcome. They're clean, styled, and looking fresh! Will definitely be back.

I love this place! I refuse to take my dogaughter anywhere else. Jazmyin is always so kind and helpful and Lucy always makes sure my baby comes out looking her best. I know my dogaughter is in good hands when I bring her in.
