“My girl, Hazel, is a bully mix that I rescued as a 8-10week old puppy. She had already changed hands 3 times at such a young age. Even at 1.5yrs she was still struggling with confident issues, so I started bringing her into the zoom room agility classes. The classes have really helped to build up her confidence because she has so much fun getting 1:1 time with me, as well as running over, through, and around all of the different stations. I really love seeing her pittie smile. In the level 1&2 class you usually get 2-3 runs, it really depends on class size if you get more. She recently graduated to level 3.”

“Called multiple groomers and no one had availability for a Saturday. I called pride 'n joy and they got me in same day right after my call. It was my baby's first time getting groomed so i was very nervous but as soon as I got there the staff seemed so happy and nice. There's good parking in the back and I picked my pup up in less then 2 years. Very efficient”

“Our dog is 12 or 13 years old and needs a special metabolic diet. He's diabetic and blind and reacts very well to this food. He's never liked dog food, and only ever ate people food, but, he loves this stuff. The staff at your Sherman Oaks location treat us very well.”

“A neighbor recommended Mark and I'm really just so thankful for him and what he does for the pet community :) Our pocket bully Maui was struggling with some skin issues and no matter how many vets we took him to, nothing fully healed his skin. Mark suggested some things to help and voila! Maui's coat is beautiful and no longer struggling. The staff are all super helpful as well. “K9 loft has been taking care of our bernadoodle for near 2 years now when we vacation or need to put her in daycare. All of the staff are caring, seem so excited when we bring the dogs and are the ONLY place we trust for grooming (Vickie does the best job!). They just seem to really care and our dogs are always happy when they see us approaching. We recently got another pup and they were really accommodating with him as well. We moved out of town but still think it is worth it to trek here if we have to board the dogs. Glad we found this place!”
