I can’t praise Eman and his hard work dedication enough. I was very leery about trusting anyone to repair my MacBook. It’s easy to erase all documents and I wasn’t sure whom to trust. I read all the reviews on Eman which were positive so I knew he was competent and reliable.He stayed in touch with me throughout the repair process and even stayed late one night to figure out a complex issue with my hard drive. He’s incredibly reasonable price wise and don’t let you walk away unsatisfied. Quality of work and integrity are important to him.

They fixed my GPU and two weeks later it stopped working. When I went back to take it in, they still charged me because apparently it was a different issue. They pulled their laptop out to have me write a review here. They now have my google login info and $140. I was foolish to my login on their PC but they scammed me after my GPU stopped working a month later when warranty expired. Please be careful with your devices and sensitive info

The absolute BEST!! I had a hard drive crash on a Wednesday and went to a computer repair place near my office (Canoga Park) who told me they needed my computer for 2 to 3 days to end up telling me my mother board was bad and it would cost me $900 to recover my data. I decided get a second opinion and go back to PC Tech (They used to be my go to place when my office was in Van Nuys). They remembered my old business, my name and although they close at 6pm, they stayed open for me until 8pm and fully restored all my data for 1/3 of the price and included brand new SSD. The owner, Iman, is amazing in computer knowledge and customer service. It was way worth to drive 1/2 hour to go back to them. They are SUPER HONEST and extremely competent in all computers repairs/upgrades/data recovery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Eman did a great job! Fair price, very fast (<24hr turnaround for a full data recovery, Windows reinstall and internal case cleaning), and walked me through what might have caused the issue and how to prevent it going forward. Would happily work with him again
