Furniture shopping is very painful, but Alec made this so easy for us with a great service and amazing furniture. We had been looking for a sectional for a long time and we couldn’t find the configuration we needed. He custom made two sectionals for us and they were ready very quickly and delivered promptly. Would highly recommend Pampa is Sherman oaks and thank you Alec for making our house beautiful.

Run from this business at all costs. They will do anything for a sale and do not stand by their word. Our couch was sewed wrong and too big and we had to deal with so much to get them to stitch the fabric the right size. We bought a premium fabric and now after one year it has holes ripping all over it in places where it's never even seen the light of day and nobody sits on! We've reached out and they don't care. The manager never calls back. We were told we could expect this sofa to last 10-15 years by their sales person and it didn't last one. Don't waste your time or money, go to Pottery Barn or West Elm where you can get real quality and customer service. (The experience has been so poor we will also be contacting the BBB. Over $3000 invested and we cannot even use the sofa) ETA re the reply: My husband's name is in their system. We have called many times and not received a call from the owner back. You should have our contact information. If you read my review, the complaint to the BBB is written in future tense, as in I WILL be writing it soon, which is why we don't come up in search. Dolores, it's funny how your business has the time to reply to public issues on Yelp but not the time to reply to our attempts to connect with your business privately. Please feel free to send a DM if you'd like my contact information directly, as calling your business does nothing. To people reading this - the follow up on Yelp does not translate to followup in real life.

Every potential customer should read the many reviews on different review platforms that all have the same theme; POOR QUALITY and TERRIBLE customer service. This is exactly what I have experienced. I made the mistake of buying from Alec at Pampa July 2023, I previously made two other purchases in 2010 and 2021. Back then I had good experience with another salesperson so I thought I would receive the same quality and customer service as before. WRONG! There was difficulty and plenty of dishonesty before the stuff was even delivered. By far the worst experience I have ever had with trying to schedule any delivery. The customer service liar Karen/Karina (she lies about her name too). She made crazy excuses 1. they reached out and I wasn't responding, 2. the truck broke down and they couldn't deliver as promised, 3. employee no longer with company, 4. no manager to speak to, 5. owner Dolores Caffaro on permanent vacation. Wild lies! Custom sofa and rug finally gets delivered. Quality is POOR and DEFECTIVE, 8 cushions on this couch and 8 different sizes, cushions are bumpy, lumpy, and saggy the frame is crooked and the fabric is failing. They offered to restuff the cushions-insane as the fabric is failing so how can you re-stuff defective fabric? The rug sheds worse than any dog. The shedding is unreal. They lie and deny. They claim everything is "normal" How is defective furniture normal? I offered them to inspect right after delivery they ignored that offer as well as my email detailing their HORRIBLE customer service and quality. Then Alec contacted me MORE THAN TWO MONTHS later requesting to inspect after the situation was escalated to Better Business Bureau (BBB). Not interested in having these dishonest folks inspecting anything after they continue their tour of lies and deceptive practices. BBB complaint was closed because we couldn't come to an agreement. They claim it was closed because BBB "saw their intentions". What does that mean? They offered me $180 refund for all their poor work, in order to be amicable I initially requested an amount less than $400 initially-again they refused. At that time I hadn't fully seen just how defective everything was. I now believe after how badly this is failing and defective I should get a full refund. I offered them a FREE option which is to remake the 8 cushions, they refused that too. So I am stuck with a defective couch and rug with no way to get it fixed. The only recourse thats left is small claims court, which will absolutely be happening. Whats most troubling is that Alec and Pampa's owner haven't stopped for a second to consider that all my complaints could be valid and maybe they should take the steps to correct it. Instead they blame me, try to me look like Im making things up. It's next level gas lighting. I made a huge mistake of not reading all their bad reviews before making a purchase from Alec and PAMPA. In my opinion, they are arrogant, they are liars of the worst type and I strongly believe that there is a high likelihood that customers will encounter major issues with quality and poor customer service if they purchase from this store. I have included some pictures of the poor quality sofa, lumpy cushions and poor quality defective fabric, which I was upcharged $1000 for IMO, any potential customer should carefully read the negative reviews before purchasing and I suggest using a credit card so you have a form of recourse if needed. Buyer beware!! As predicted, the owner sticks to her dishonest practices and says I refused an inspection. The same inspection I suggested and they refused. It's funny she finds the time to respond to my review but not my emails and doesn't have the decency to actually pick up the phone and call me to resolve this defective couch and rug issue. So phony.

Every potential customer should read the many reviews that all have the same theme; POOR QUALITY and TERRIBLE customer service. I am a three time customer of Pampa since 2010, my recent purchase in July 2023 I received poor quality and defective furniture sold by Alec, I have been attempting to resolve the issues for over TWO MONTHS. They refuse to make it right. Just know, you will be gas lit by Alec. He claims everything is “normal”. They deny there is a problem.Many emails and visits to the store to speak with Alec, Ive offered for someone from Pampa to come inspect the couch and rug. THEY REFUSED-then 2 months later suddenly want to inspect. It’s a game to them.Currently, I have a BBB complaint, I will also be filing a small claims case against them since all attempts to resolve this amicably have failed. They offered to return 5% for their poor work, WHAT A JOKE!This goes to show how PAMPA values their products and their customers. I was charged additional $1000 for “high performance” fabric. I explained I wanted FIRM cushions. Didn’t get firm.The cushions are crooked, each cushion is different-lumpy and bumpy, frame is uneven. The finishing is terrible. I’ve included some pics below. The rug I purchased sheds worse than any dog yet Alec claims this is all “normal”. These items are defective and poor quality IMO.Their customer service person Karina/Karen made excuses why they couldn’t deliver, they refused to commit to any particular day or time and made this the most difficult delivery experience I have ever had. Some of the excuses the customer service liar Karen/Karina gave me was the delivery truck broke down, suddenly the delivery driver quit, they have to borrow a truck from an employee, on and on! When I asked to speak to a manager she claimed there was nooone above her, when I asked to speak to the owner, Dolores Caffaro, she claimed she was on permanent vacation. Unreal!I was so fed up with the lies that I had to go talk to Alec in person to try to get my stuff delivered. He told me he knew how horrible customer service is but there is “nothing he can do about it” unless I emailed the company. I did email. Turns out the email goes to Alec. They never responded to any of the issues mentioned in the email.They are so dishonest and don’t stand behind their products, they are nice up until you pay. To sum this business up with Alec’s own words, “we have been in business 33 years and a complaint or lawsuit wont affect our business”. Customers should prove him wrong!They offered to restuff the cushions. Alec pretends he doesn’t understand the issue! You cant restuff defective fabric! I offered a compromise-make new cushions. They refused that-of course!They purposely request cash/check. Why? Because then you can’t dispute it with your credit card. PAMPA looks out for PAMPA in my opinion.If you read other reviews of this business, in my opinion and experience I find them to be very accurate of what you will potentially experience as well.Their reply here is an absolute lie. I never refused an inspection initially, they contacted me a few days ago (Oct 2023) more than two months later for an inspection and after they received a letter of demand before court case filing. Too late! BBB complaint was closed because we couldn’t come to a resolution. This is the type of lies you will get if you purchase from Pampa too. Buyer BEWARE BEWARE!

I was looking for a couch with specific dimensions for an oddly shaped room and I couldn't find one anywhere. I stopped in to Pampa and they suggested I do a custom couch. They gave me an excellent price and the quality is far superior to every other couch I looked at (West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Joybird, etc, etc), and I looked everywhere. I would say they quality is even better than Room & Board, but it was significantly less expensive. It was a quick turnaround time also. Only about two weeks. The customer service was excellent. The delivery guys were excellent. I can't recommend Pampa more highly for custom upholstery.

Be careful with these guys. They will promise you a delivery next week, have you sign a contract that says no refunds or cancellations and then ignore your calls and inquiries when the object has not been delivered for over a month. That is what happened to me. When I called to cancel, miraculously it was in and they would deliver it to me for free. When I said it's too late, they said they would not return my money. Customer service is not a priority. Taking your money without providing a product seems to be OK with these guys.

I never write bad reviews but this one has got to be said. Listen- if you are looking to place an order and never receive an eta on delivery or your product then this is the store for you. Placed an order with them to not only play a game of phone tag to try and figure out where my items were for weeks but also not receive my product in time. Literally took a month for an in stock product to make it to a warehouse. They give you an expected delivery date but like other reviews have stated they take your money and your furniture gets lost in space. Their contract also says no refunds- red flag. Maybe you'll get it in a year / a month? Who knows? What if it arrives damaged? What if it falls apart? They do not stand behind their products. All in all just really disappointed.

These guys only want your money! Be careful. I ordered a piece of furniture and was assured of a 1 week delivery, even though the contract said 2-3 week lead time. After 4 weeks, no product. I called several times a week for 4 weeks. No one would tell me where my furniture was, but I got a lot of excuses. Finnally called to cancel the order. Only then did I get a reasonable response, but it was too late as I had to purchase another piece somewhere else. Now I am fighting them to get my money back for a product they could not find in their warehouse, let alone deliver.

This review is for Joel!! I came into the store with a goal of shopping for a sectional couch for my new apartment. The first sectional I saw and sat on, I immediately fell in love with and knew that was the one I wanted. I however, I came very unprepared because I didn't take exact measurements of the walls in my living room. Before leaving, Joel took the time to go through all of the possible configurations of the couch with me. I am very indecisive so this part took quite time some. I couldn't decide if I wanted to go with a custom piece or to just go with the pieces as is, so I went home to take exact measurements of the walls first to make sure. I texted Joel, he then told me he would consult with their interior designer to figure out which configuration for the sectional would be best for the dimensions of my living room. A few different configurations were drawn up to give me options, he broke down all of the costs for me, and also offered multiple layouts for the pillows for me to choose. After a couple days of going back and forth, a decision was finally made-- a deposit was put down and papers were signed on Oct 7th. Now it was time to wait. 5 DAYS!!! Oct 12th my sectional arrived to my apartment, delivery was smooth, the couch was perfect. I cannot thank Joel enough for taking the time to help me through this whole process from start to finish!! THANK YOU!!! Such amazing customer service.

Hi Dolores, Thank you for your quick reply. I am glad it appears you were able to locate the emailed photos I sent last April. I also appreciate it may be difficult to ascertain the source of the damage from the photos. However, as you can hopefully see from the newly attached photos, the table is literally pulling apart at the seams in two different areas, spanning the length of the table. These are not "scratches" caused by some sort of "accident" as you have suggested. And thus, I fully expect that with normal wear and tear (I have no children, no pets) a table would last significantly longer than four years. Thank you for the offer to contact Alec, however, I am not seeking repair at this point. The purpose of my review was to simple ensure other potential customers are aware of the lack of longevity of this Pampa custom-made table so that they may make a fully educated decision and not make the same mistake I did in anticipating the piece to last for a decade or more.

Alec was the most patient and helpful person, and if anyone knows me, i can't make a decision. Everything I got is just perfect. And he made it so simple. Even Delivery came right away and the furniture just landed in my room. Furniture looks great, is comfortable, priced well and i couldn't have asked for me. i literally went to over 20 other places for a couch and rug and more and landed at Pampa! Thank you!!!

I had a great experience here! Purchased my sectional, a sofa and custom size rug. Alex was so helpful, patient and friendly. I paid extra to have the designer/owner come to my house (which goes towards your purchase). She was so quick and had a great eye, lots of experience and I immediately knew I was in great hands. My custom order was delivered exactly as promised, great quality and on time!

READ ALL REVIEWS ! Poor customer service. We ordered a Giant Couch That we wanted before Christmas. They said yes . Long story short , the guy on the phone sounded like he didn’t understand the term “ Solution mode” they Lied About delivery several times and we are STILL waiting for the huge 3k couch they said would be here yesterday and should’ve been here weeks ago ... GO ACROSS THE STREET TO ALTA FINA !! We ordered everything from there , ask for LILY , they will get you taken care of the FIRST time !!!! Take some notes from Alta FINA “pampa” !

We ordered a sectional which was delivered in the promised time by an independent delivery company The material was laid opposite directions on sofa and chaise After several calls to the store and factory requesting a new chaise cushion I finally reached someone only to be told the fabric direction didn't matter. After being transferred to the supervisor who said she would call back in 5 minutes. It's been over a week now I finally disputed charge on my credit card which did result in a call back from the store. The problem has still not been resolved. I will buy from a reputable store next time
