Artin and his team were great. I was in the middle of 1031 Exchange and they were great in finding the right loan (since I am self-employed), kept be apprised along the way, and managed all the hiccups like a pro. So thumbs up.

I was so scared about the whole process for securing a mortgage for my first home. After doing arguably too much research I realized Option one was the only company I could trust. Boy was I right. Let me save you the time of doing research and just say Tomer and his team were beyond professional and I felt them going the extra mile every step of the way. Hopefully this is the first of many. Artin assists us for our loan in the shortest time. He is so responsive and knowledgeable of all the details. We got out loan approve in 20 days. It's not too often I write a review but I have to let everyone know how marvelous Ani and everyone is at Option One Lending! I specifically worked with Ani and Suzy. There were a few bumps along the way but these ladies worked so hard, even from home past working hours, so professionally and timely.Ani explained in detail each process every step of the way.
