Highly recommend, and if you’re in a questioning phase of what needs to come next for you, give them a call to see if this is for you. With a long background of various medication paths and modalities under my belt, this treatment was very different and in many ways opened up a whole new path towards a healthier way of life. It’s not an overnight fix, and nothing is! I am better for having gone to Neuro Relief and will continue to work towards a happier and healthier me with all of what I’ve learned from this experience.Casey will answer your call, and is unbelievable patient and kind, and helped me navigate my next steps in a way that always made me feel safe and always self driven. There is no sales pitch, which I found to be so important and a differentiation from many other places, and my personal needs were consistently referred back to, from someone who clearly understands mental health and all the dynamics that can effect health and happiness.Dr.Harris and the incredible nurses of Neuro Relief excel at education on the treatment and all of its components, and went above and beyond to give me support, encouragement, comfort, hope, kindness and a sense of belonging every step of the way. This is a safe place, exceptionally clean and the attention to detail in the medical sense helps immensely to know you’re in good hands. The personal touch here makes all the difference in feeling taken care of, and I know I can go back at any time and be met with understanding and compassion. There is so much information up top to inform the process of the medication and all of the work around healing and feeling better with utilizing new tools.A true gift, worth the investment, and I am so grateful for all that I’ve learned and the open door to go back whenever I need it, and I know I will. If you’re reading this- you can do hard things, and it’s safe to try this under Dr.Harris and the team’s care. Sending love and light to see and FEEL all the beauty this crazy world really does have right there for us to enjoy.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was in a very dark period and I noticed a significant improvement in my mood and outlook from my six infusions. The staff was attentive and warm. Dr. Harris was very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is suffering.

NeuroRelief has helped save my life. I was very much in crisis and stuck in a depressive cycle with no way out in sight. The best way I felt I could deal with this was through completely avoiding my feelings via drugs and alcohol. I was sick of feeling this way and how I treated my family. My cousin had done ketamine therapy with Dr. Harris at NeuroRelief and suggested I call them. I called and they couldn’t have been more kind or helpful. The program put in place by Dr. Harris is top notch. If you are feeling stuck with depression and are trying to cope with drugs or drinking please give NeuroRelief and Dr. Harris a call. Thank you Dr. Harris, Casey,Seda, and Emma for all of your help. I really appreciate it!

Neuro Relief is an oasis of a clinic that offers a perfect blend of evidence-based, scientifically-proven depression treatment, mixed with mindfulness, meditation, and a willingness to be open to new perspectives and experiences. The staff is deeply committed to providing terrific care. They treated me like a VIP, and I’m not. ?

Not even a patient but spoke with Casey and she is doing an incredible job on the phone explaining everything so well. I am extremely impressed with her service. What an amazing person to have on that team.

The short version: We are MOVING TO L.A. to be closer to this clinic. Yes, they're THAT good. The longer version: My husband has had CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) Type 1 since the end of 2017. CRPS, officially, is "incurable" and "the most painful condition known to medicine." We tried so many therapies and medications, and finally landed on ketamine back in 2019, and it was a game changer... That said, the clinics that we had access to were inexperienced, short-staffed, uncomfortable, and at times felt unsafe. We are SO GRATEFUL to them anyway, because his quality of life without the ketamine was ZERO, and this gave us some small measure of hope.In summer of 2023, still barely functional but determined to keep living life, my husband traveled to L.A. for a project - and made arrangements to get his ketamine infusions with Dr. Harris at NeuroRelief for the few months he'd be in California. From our very first phone conversation with Dr. Harris, we knew this experience would be different. He is not only COMPASSIONATE and EMPATHETIC (being no stranger to chronic pain himself), but he is INTERESTED and EDUCATED. He isn't in it for the money - he's in it to learn (and then teach) the way the mind-body connection works, figure out the puzzle of pain, and bring genuine relief and quality of life to all of his patients. He and his staff go above and beyond to make sure that their clinic doesn't feel like a clinic - honestly, it feels more like a spa. They have (electric) candles and artwork, rugs and recliners, eye masks and noise-cancelling headphones, guided meditations and relaxing soundtracks.Even moreso than the trappings (which are genuinely helpful), they KNOW what they're doing with the actual medication. I won't lie, the treatments are expensive - but they're WORTH it, if you can afford it. Dr. Harris understands what elements of the solution will support and enhance the others, and provides an effective cocktail whose results absolutely blow our previous protocol out of the water.BEFORE/ELSEWHERE: My husband received a high dose of ketamine (via IV infusion) with a bit of Zofran (for nausea), Toradol (to prevent excruciating headaches afterwards), and some Magnesium (apparently to help absorption). After an infusion, we had to supplement with our own Zofran because he still felt incredibly nauseous, and it took him almost a week to feel "recovered" from the brain fog, shakiness, and fatigue of the infusion itself. Then, he felt "good" for about two weeks - meaning, we might be able to go out to a movie or restaurant ONCE, and he still needed to use a wheelchair if we were going to be walking more than 200 feet in a single stretch.NOW/WITH NEURORELIEF: He receives a high dose of ketamine mixed with - honestly, I'm not sure what, because I no longer have to act as "nurse" when I go to the clinic - I can TRUST that the staff know what they're doing, and supplying the right doses at the right rates without my needing to double-check everything. BUT: There is NO nausea after an infusion, and my husband feels mostly recovered within HOURS rather than DAYS later. He hasn't had to use the wheelchair ONCE since we found NeuroRelief, and the additional NAD+ infusions that we can opt into (or not, as we prefer) feel like they're giving him an extra boost of energy (and likely additional protection against Long COVID, per the studies I've seen). Even more incredible - my husband is DRIVING again, for the first time since 2017! We never thought he'd have this level of independence ever again. So, THANK YOU, Dr. Harris - and your friendly, capable staff - for giving us more HOPE and PAIN RELIEF than we ever thought possible. And thank you for asking about me, the caregiver - it's a RARE medical professional who has bothered to ask every time - "How are you doing, really? Do you have any concerns, or suggestions for what we could do better?" Thank you for engaging us in discussions about the sc

Signing up for treatments at NeuroRelief was the best decision I've made in a long time. The amount of time Dr. Harris spends describing the process in detail, listening to you, and tailoring your program to your needs is unmatched. His entire crew is fantastic, welcoming, and helpful. I've tried many things in the past to treat anxiety and negative self-talk (along with the bad habits I've picked up to fix these things), but nothing has worked like this in my experience. My day-to-day life has noticeably improved. I'll be back for boosters. Thank you to the entire team.

NeuroRelief help set me on the right path. I was going through it, addiction, depression, anxiety, you name it, and I went into this clinic and came out of the full treatment feeling much more motivated, grateful, and optimistic. Not only do they have excellent ketamine treatment, but they have a comprehensive therapeutic process to go along with it and give you tools to use for the future. The whole staff is exceptional and they really want to help you

Please do yourself a tremendous favor and give yourself a wonderful gift by getting help from NeuroRelief. I've been having incredible breakthroughs and have discovered access to grounds I didn't even know existed. The clarity I am getting and the clear terrific changes to my nervous system have been invaluable. I can't say enough positive things about Steph and Dr. Harris in particular. He has put together a really special unique program I don't believe you'll find anywhere else. It is completely worth the investment.

What can I say but do yourself the most gigantic favor an Get Ketamine Infusions! It is an amazing treatment that will improve your life at every level in a very short time. I have never felt more present, humble, of service and loving that I have been since doing /neuroRelief's 2 hour infusions. It truly is a miracle. I am a trauma victim from practically at birth (I had a serious congenital medical condition) and also a sexual abuse survivor. I'm a recovering alcoholic and drug addict as well and I've done decades of very intensive psychotherapy as well as taken medication for depression and anxiety for a very long time as well. I never found either of those treatments to really get me to the place where I want it to be. So I was at the point where I figured, it's totally worth a try. Therapy takes so much time, energy, and money, yet doesn't provide effective long-term relief. Nor did it resolve the serious mental health issues I've struggled with for so long. The ketamine infusions have, as I've said, made a tremendous difference. I did a lot of research and decided to use NeuroRelief for several reasons: 1. The offer a program that includes integration coaching. This is such an important part of gaining clarity and having an understanding peron help guide you through the new, beautiful territory you will embark on as the result of the ketamine infusions. 2. Dr. Austin Harris who runs the clinic is beyond knowledgeable with regard to the medical/neurochemical part of the overall treatment protocol but is a gifted spiritual healer and teacher as well. He takes whatever time is necessary to explain the program, including the science side of things in easily understandable terms. Very educational. This man has helped me by providing practical resources/life skills, wisdom and most of all hope. 3. The staff cares so much about helping people and is so genuinely dedicated to being of service. Casey, the office manager, is so caring and loving that I knew instinctively this was the place for me. Emma and Seda are two of the most compassionate, skillful nurses I have ever met. 4. They offer 2 hour infusions vs. most all other clinics which offer 45-60 minute ones. As a survivor of multiple forms of child abuse and emotional neglect, I opted to do the 2 hour infusions because of the information Dr. Harris gave me about the value of doing an extra hour for those of us who were very hurt as children. 5. Their overall program is designed to include integrating day-to-day practical skills into your life which not only strengthen the effect of the ketamine infusions but also create a solid foundation for living a contented, meaningful life. This was something none of the other clinics I investigated provided and when I heard how they recognize and place a high value on day-to-day practical integration, I knew I was in the right place. I could go on and on. I know this is a long and glowing review but it's one of honesty and immense gratitude.
