I went in person, the people there were very nice and helpful. I ended up buying a 100-lb bag and it feels great. I recommend them a lot.

Had a great experience. I didn't even know they could customize products for you when I stopped by. Try ordering something custom made, of that quality, and you'll be lucky to get on a wait list or get it within 6 months. I had my double-ended bag in 2 weeks. It's a small shop with a can-do attitude.
