I am really disappointed. And now its a matter of principle. Yesterday ,my mother purchased a pair of tights for my daughter with owners approval for a full refund if it doesn't work . She was very clear that she doesn't want to buy something without being able to get a full refund. Well today she was told that she cant return tights, but only exchange them. I will never buy another thing from this store.

I bought a jacket and shirt for my son the last sunday, i came today monday to return the item and the lady did not accept the item because is "special location" item, i payed $211 for it. I did open the box, not excuse. Bad location, bad actitud.

I'm so extremely dissatisfied with this store, the way they treat their paying customers! Absolutely horrible customer service and not understanding at all. I got 2 grey suits for my sons who need to be in my cousins wedding and soon after I found out they need black suits instead....so I took them back to the store on exactly the 14th day to exchange for black suits. Tags were still on, never worn, hadn't passed 14 days and they said they were final sale. How were they final sale? No one told me when I was spending $350 for 2 suits that that would be the case. The workers were horrible. When I thought it couldn't get worse, I spoke to the owner over the phone where she was even more horrible. No understanding, no appreciation for paying customers. You're reviews are looking real bad Nelli....might want to change your exchange policy or maybe train your workers better to let customers know what they're walking into. I have so many friends who shop there, but not after this experience. Good luck to your "wonderful business"

Absolutely in love with this store. Whether you need clothes for boys or girls they have a great selection and varies by age. I needed flower girl dress so I went to a few stores, but nothing compares to what i had gotten from My dream boutique. They carry high quality products in a boutique like store that is very organized. The sales girls are friendly and helpful. Amazing service. If you ever need awesome things for the precious children, go there!!!

In response to business owner's reply: As a business owner you make a choice on how you handle things. During the holidays I received a gift from It Takes a Village. The item was too small. By the time I got the gift the return time had expired. The store GLADLY exchanged the item (despite the policy) to ensure that they kept their clientele happy. That's how you do business. We were requesting an exchange not our money back. You mentioned in your reply to the 1 star review by Svajune that your return policy is 14 days "and we almost always make exceptions". Why was that courtesy not extended to us WITH a receipt? You didn't extend the courtesy to that person bc they didn't have a receipt. We had one. And our return attempt was about 20 days post purchase. If your policies are so rigid, then you lose customers and get negative reviews. Had you had better customer service, this review would have looked different.

Bought a dress the other day for my daughters birthday! The zipper was broken when I tried reaching out no one answered the phone. Now I have a $300 dress with a broken zipper that they refuse to take back or even exchange with a good zipper

It's COVID 19, everyone has extended their return and exchange policy- not this place. It's 10 days!!! Who had heard of anything like this? What if I had COVID? I'm stuck with it? Well this is what happened to me, I spent almost $300 on my nieces gifts with the sweetest lady that was there, but when I came to EXCHANGE it, they "couldn't" do it because it's past the time and they don't have the exact same outfits??? I just wanted to get anything!!! That fitted. Not worn. With tags on. RIDICULOUS!!! Instead of being grateful for any client they can get, they just lost a good one. Ladies my advice to you, practice better customer service! And just common understanding.

I came across this store while browsing the internet for unique clothes for babies. I placed an order right away because they have a beautiful and unique selection! When I received the order (really quickly) I was amazed at the high quality of the items! The quality was much better than some of the higher end designer clothes! Shop this store without thinking twice, they are worth it!I became a committed customer from the first order !

Amazing store:) I found the perfect outfits for my nephew and the price was phenomenal. And most of all Christina was very welcoming, very helpful, and very professional. Will be shopping here for future baby and kid items.
