John O'Brien is the very best at what he does! We knew it might be tricky to find us the right kind of funding for our situation. Even when credit may be perfect, it is the other factors that come into play and John handled it and kept us informed every step of the way. He is a magician and keeps a level head and treats you as if you are his only client in the world. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I have been a Realtor for 25 years and I can honestly say that this transaction was the worst I've experienced. The buyer's pre-approved 21 day loan closed 5 weeks late. Emails from our escrow officers were ignored, telephone calls were not returned. Rod's infrequent replies to our inquiries were hostile and short. The experience was unpleasant from the start.Zero stars.

Rod was the most effective lender I have ever dealt with; he is truly an innovator and can make things happen; the guy worked day and night to get me what I was looking for; he's not only a lender, but he has excellent financial insight into each step you are going to take and can see the foreseeable future, he helped me tremendously, and for that, I am truly grateful and would always utilize him.
