Nurse practitioner Karrylee Johnson is the worst
Gave me the most unprofessional and unethical medical care. Waited 35 mins for her to give me a harder time and send me home with a note. Made me feel stupid for going and allowing my insurance to pay. BEST BELIEVE THERE WILL BE A COMPLAIN TO THE NURSING BOARD !!!!

The Mend Urgent Care in Van Nuys is so wonderful! I struggle with severe gastroparesis and today many other urgent cares wouldn’t even give me a simple bag of saline to keep me hydrated. The PA, Maria P., was so helpful and compassionate. She was able to give me an IV, which is quite literally life saving. The entire safe was very professional and I felt listened to and helped.

Came here today after my regular physician couldn’t take a same day appointment. I was in a lot of sinus head pain and congestion. Unbearable pain that I couldn’t even sleep with medication. Took me a bit to find an urgent care that accepted LA Care medical with Altamed that was near my home but I found this location. The place was easy to find. Yea you do have to pay for parking but I was in and out in less than an hour. The doctor was very through with checking me. I am happy with the outcome and now know a place to go to for an urgent medical need. Thank you.

I was referred by VA Medical to this clinic to get the antiviral for Covid-19 because of my high risk. They refused to prescribe the antiviral because it they thought it was to dangerous. I told them I had taken them back in 2022 for Covid-19, with no side effects and they still refused to prescribe it. This archaic attitude to medicine is inexcusable. Stay away from this clinic if you value your life.

I come here and it feels relieving to be listened to, I love the staff and I love all the care providers. I love how easy it is to call and be provided services. My current provider sucks which is why I am now taking the proper steps to change my primary to this location. Thank you to all the staff- big hugs ❤️

I went there a few days before Christmas day, I had severe coughing and flu symptoms. The nurse and the assistant were extremely professional and kind. I feel so much better.

After 3 hours of waiting in an otherwise empty facility, I finally get to see a "doctor?" Not a real doctor, maybe just someone playing a doctor in this scene.This place is a scam!They have a big sign that says, "WE DO NOT VALIDATE PARKING"They need a bigger sign that says, "WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU."Nobody at this place cares about you.One thing Mend Corp. is good at is not caring about you. They do it on the phone, in person, and now even via text message!You are just a number here. Your insurance company is what feeds Mend Corp. You are just a means to get paid. So shut up, fill out these forms, wait for 3 hours, roll up your sleeves, pull down your pants, and bend over for some expensive, probably unnecessary, but 100% reimbursable testing!The other thing Mend Corp is good at... getting the money! They'll treat you like garbage! Then they're gonna sell all your data, ream your insurance company, get the maximum co-pay, and I guarantee they get a cut of those parking fees!

Wow, after the horror show that was Exer Urgent Care in Tarzana, I was relieved to find this location. I have insurance, I see a lot of issues are with pricing - my practitioner offered me options and even with insurance I asked for extra cost details. Medical care is for profit here unfortunately and as patients we have to advocate for ourselves. The care was thorough and compassionate. I'm a younger, recent cancer survivor, so medical centers can cause extra stress. The staff, location and my PA were incredible. Grateful to have a back up center when I can't make it to my primary physician

Went to this place with my sick wife and they asked us to wait so the dr can take lunch while my wife is crying out of pain they are the worst especially the receptionist who show no mercy or kindness WORST URGENT CAR WITH THE WORST TYPE OF HUMAN BEINGS
