“If I could give 10 stars I would. I have an autoimmune illness and often have pain all over. I needed a new mattress and my BFF who purchased from them last year online highly recommended them. We went in today and were greeted by Kieth Gray. Kieth was AMAZING. He asked me several questions about how I sleep then had me lay on several beds that fit my sleeping habits. He was patient and attentive and right on point in regard to my needs.
I FOUND THE PERFECT BED! I wanted everyone to leave so that I could stay and sleep. My bed has some AMAZING features including it plays music and gives you an amazing message. If you need or just want a new bed you have to go to Mattress Firm in West LA or Santa Monica and ask for Keith!”

Instead, he really listened to what we were looking for and explained the differences between the mattresses in a way that was easy to understand. We ended up going with the Heritage Plush, which is honestly the most comfortable mattress we've ever tried. It's supportive but not too firm, which is exactly what we needed. He thoroughly explains to his customers how every mattress is made (literally inside out) and what would be the best choice for you considering your needs. He has an incredible exchange policy! 6 months exchange and no need to sleep on anuncomfortable and noisy plastic bag. Chris made an unbelievable deal for me on a very expensive mattress. It almost sounds unreal on how good the deal was! The delivery cost me only $50, unlike other stores-$100. I highly recommend this store and Chris who is the owner of the store. Go to Chris!!!”

“Bought our little one's crib back in 2021. Yes, it was expensive. But it's been worth every penny. It's remarkably well made and extremely sturdy (I have laid in the crib with my little one to help her fall back to sleep and it didn't move or creak at all), and the ability to convert it all the way to a full bed means she'll be sleeping on it for as long as she lives with us. We were very impressed with the quality and the customer service.”
