I had an issue with rodent getting into my gate machinery and it not working. I called Nir and he came out same day and repaired the gate quickly. He also did some maintenance on both gates for free. Great customer service.

after getting no response from my garage door people ( of many years) , I read the yelp reviews for Master Garage Door and Gate Repair-they came out within 1 1/2 hours of my call. fixed my issue ( garage door would not stay closed).very impressed.

Ben is phenomenal. He checked and double checked to make sure every last detail was perfect on my new custom black glass garage door. The team was prompt, thorough, and friendly. I definitely plan to use this company again in the future when I replace my driveway gate and fencing.

Nir answered to our request for fixing or replacing garage door opener. Nir is the owner and he sent his nephew Ben on the same day which was a Saturday, and he assessed and told us we need to replace the motors for two gates and replace the springs for one of them. Ben who was very reliable and knowledgeable finished the job same night, and scheduled some one early Sunday morning to replace the springs.I and my co board directors of the building are very thankful to Nir and his nephew Ben for helping us in such a short notice. They did the job to a satisfactory level within a reasonable price.Thank you BenHomeowner and member of BOD.

OUTSTANDING! Our garage broke at 1pm the day before Thanksgiving, so we called and Nir (owner) was at the house in about an hour. He offered two options, and had the single spring out and two springs in, chain tuned up, and door done in 45 minutes. So pleased with the service, and Nir is friendly, professional and very helpful. And trust me...I am very picky, so 5 stars means a lot. Thank you Nir!

They were great. Door and installation were delivered and installed as promised. Communication was good. Ben kept me informed on each steps. He always pick up or call back for phone call which is necessary and awesome.

Needed an emergency garage door repair because it looked like it was gonna detach and crash. I called, and got almost immediate confirmation that someone's coming. Nir was super knowledgeable. If there is a doctor for garage doors, Nir is the guy! Not only did he identify the problem, what and how to fix, he also diagnose issues that I didn't know were issues before. Just a tiny adjustment of the motor made a huge difference to how smooth and quiet my garage door opens and closes. He really goes above and beyond than just being a repair guy. My garage door didn't just get repaired, but it also received an upgrade, thanks to Nir!
