Highly recommend this place. Went in to renew an expired passport. Was able to get in and out very quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful. They offer multiple time frames to receive renewed passports, so you can pick the right one depending on how quickly you need it.

So I decided to add a star. The limited hours are still frustrating. But Cameron and Tina are really nice and accommodating. If you can get there during the day, this is a great place.

They don't actually offer all of the services they advertise on their multiple signs and they are pretty rude about it

I came in at 4:40 pm an hour and 20 minutes before they close to get a Canadian Passport photo. When I got there the woman snapped at me a handful of times and then took my picture. When I reiterated that it was for my Canadian passport, she said "why didn't you say that before?" (I did) then she told me it was too late in the day to take my photo for a Canadian passport picture. They were still open for an additional hour.

The worst costumer service ever!!! The lady is so rude and gave attitude for no reason. If i could give 0 stars i would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Very rude lady on the phone. Was first on speaker and hung up on my twice. I had a simple shipping question. Hanging up on someone if very bad customer service. I don't know how you have a job. This was TODAY 6/7/22 at 12:28pm.

Tina and Megan are superstars and have made Mailbox Services Plus my new "go-to" place for all my shipping needs. They are knowledgable, patient, and friendly. Super convenient as they take everything from USPS, to DHL, to FedEx. I live in Glendale and it's worth the drive. Grateful to have found this place!

I have had a mailbox here for many years. I didn't need it anymore so I closed my account. They took my keys and said thanks. I mentioned the deposit for the key and they begrudgingly handed over $5 out of the $20 I paid when I opened the account. They said it's in the contract. I will be reviewing the contract and sending my findings to the BBB. I do not recommend this place due to this shady practice and the attitude of the employee.
