I have been a customer with Mail Boxes N More since 2008 and I absolutely love their service! Even when I moved out of state I still kept their services. They were also great with forwarding/ sending me my mail while I lived in a different state. Also, there has been several times when they were closed and David has come back to the store as a courtesy just to give me my packages. Especially during Christmas, if it weren't for David coming back to give me my packages after hours my 9 years old son wouldn't have had a Christmas!!! And he's always happy to help! The service is impeccable!! They are always kind and very friendly. They help me with any special request, it's never an inconvenience to them. I haven't had any problems in the 14yrs I've been a customer!!!! Thank you for everything Mail Boxes and More!!!

I've had a mailbox at Mail Boxes N More for years. It has been absolutely reliable and trustworthy, and the location is hard to beat. David, the owner, is friendly and professional, and he has come to my rescue on several occasions by providing fax and notary services. When I went through a protracted period of illness, David (and Dennis, his right-hand man) did everything they could to accommodate me, even insisting on carrying packages out to my car to spare me the effort. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty! They also email me every time I receive a package, which I find very helpful.

Seriously do yourself a favor and stop shopping around. David is the epitome of a hard working , caring small business owner. He goes the extra mile, has super competitive rates and all the perks you may need. Also for those which have never had the experience of some of these mailboxes which have "sub" addresses ( for instance 1234 Main Street "C" unit 123) you are in for a nightmare as the mailman will put your mail in the real unit 123 and vice versa (meaning the apartment building upstairs). It always had this way of happening to the most important things also, lol. This place gives you a straight forward unit number , alleviating that issue.

My husband and I absolutely adore David and the whole team at Mailboxes N More! They are so friendly and efficient, they make going to the mailbox an enjoyable weekly "to-do." : ) Not only is their customer service top notch, I appreciate that I can get all of my mailings done with David, without the lines and hassle of the post office. He shows me all of the available options and helps me choose the best one. I'm so glad to be their customer!

10 *'s. David and his "sidekick" are TERRIFIC (and super funny together). This is my second visit to the store and I am so impressed. Great service, they do a wonderful job of packing things up, and getting things out. The store has a nice display of cards, beautiful wrapping paper and a a few knickknacks (yep, correct spelling) to throw into your package last minute. Just a friendly and helpful vibe. I had a place that I loved and used for 20 years, and since moving I was reluctant to stop making the trek back, but I found a new "home" - thanks, David! I will be your new favorite client!

This office was an asset to me and my business! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for mailbox service. Many times, they went above and beyond to accommodate my mailing needs and answered all my questions. David and Stuart are always very polite and friendly; they made my experience partnering with them very enjoyable. If I wasn't moving, I would have definitely continued to utilize their services!

Really appalling service for a new potential customer. I walked out when he said the price would go up after a year. Its not what you say its how you say it. Happily went up the street to Postal Annex #15005 and thrilled I did. Amazing people.

I've been a Mailboxes N More customer for almost a year now and David has been incredible from the beginning. The establishment is well set-up and love the customer service. I get a an influx of packages and they're great with friendly reminders and holding onto my packages as needed. It's also clean and well-run with COVID preventative measures intact. I would 100% recommend this place. Also, there's always parking!

I love this mailbox service! David is the BEST!! I never had an issue here with receiving or sending out packages! The customer service is so good! And also with Covid happening I still feel safe coming into the store! They take great precautions. I highly recommend this spot. It won’t disappoint you.

Living in Los Angeles I needed a secure measure for my mail and packages to arrive as there has been a increase in theft of deliveries and mail. I was looking for a convenient and trustworthy place and came across Dave at Mailboxes N More. They are amazing. I have been a valued customer for the last couple of years. My packages are received and stored for me so I can pick them up at my convenience and I also get alerts for items that are awaiting my pick up. Dave and his staff are friendly and offer a full array of postal and mailing services so they have become my one stop shop. Thank you!

Karla Rotondo is a gem here. Kind and Service oriented. Passport Services here are great! Mailboxes available 24/7 with my own keys and While I was moving, they did great in keeping my mail organized. Highly recommend this professional Mailbox Services, Plus
