Macys was the company i use to love the most and shop all the time. Now become so low class that employees can scream at the costomer and telling me I Don't get pay enough to be nice herewith you. i was shocked yesterday i ordered online and received notification to pick up at this location tomorrow. i wait until 5 and went to macys to pick up my order. as soon as i came the cashier told me is not ready i don't know i told her that i received a message saying will be ready tomorrow. Without even checking she said maybe we don't have that item. i said is 3 different things i have and i know is ready. she said okay let me have your ID to check. after driving me crazy for a while she went inside and grabbed my order. worst service very very rude customer service department

Went two months ago buy a parfum they told me was new so it's was going to be ready in one month I have to wait for it and went today to try to exchange because I have the same they told me I can't because it's only one month and already pass the package it's close that they give to me the manager for the parfum department it's a really rude person and had not good customer service I bought the parfum with the macys credit card I'm a good customer but they don't really care

I went to Macy's looking for home accessories and stumbled upon a wide selection of sofas and other furniture. I was honestly so surprised at how much stuff they had and how helpful and knowledgeable the sales associates were, mainly Reza! I've been shopping for a sofa for a while now since we moved into our new house and I was so surprised to find such great options for such great prices at my local department store. Next time I will need to bring my husband with me to check out the couches himself but we will be back and will recommend macys for any furniture needs!

The cashier was not able to process the payment, also they had no box for the one he offered, he suggested I go upstairs and get the box for the Rayban. So disappointing

Macys 30 day policy is terrible. Tried to exchange shoes that I received for Christmas and was told sorry it's too late. Now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit me! Beware!!! Don't shop here if you may need to return anything!

This review is for the nicest gentleman you could meet: AURELIO in the women's fragrance department. When I called this morning to see if my perfume was in stock as I had an issue with another online order, Aurelio was so kind and gracious on the phone, that I immediately went to the store do an exchange on a stormy and very rainy day - during this hectic Christmas shopping season! The thunder and heavy rain - not to mention the enormous multitude of Christmas shoppers - did not deter me, because of his kindness over the phone! Aurelio is hospitable, attentive, and helpful, and I'm most grateful for his help today. Throughout my quick shopping spree in other departments, I also encountered other friendly and amiable sales associates - a smile makes a big difference!

Worst experience of my life! I called customer service because my online order would not go through, was on the call for over 32 minutes, transferred 3 times, talking over me & never allowing me to answer their questions. Never Again!!!

I was planning on purchasing a bag but when I overheard, right in front of my face, these two sales associates talking about us and how we would be buying the bag just to return it the next day we just left. I've never experienced this type of treatment or behavior at any other macys so steer clear of this place...

Over the years, my view of this branch of Macy's has changed drastically. For the past 4 years, I have been going back because they seem to be the most consistent Macy's when it comes to store cleanliness and organization, ease of navigation, quality and unique items that other branches don't carry, and courteous staff on the women's floor. Good job Sherman Oaks Macy's! Keep it up!

I accompanied my client here to check out the women's shoes. For a weekday it is busy. Shoes cluttered on the floor and the benches where to try shoes were occupied. We circled around until a bench was empty. And so the quest begins, my client tried one too many sandals. Then she didn't like any of them. The sales lady is so sweet even how busy she is. She patiently retrieved the shoes and put them back. We left the store without any purchases.

I've been a long time customer of Macys and every year they send me $10 off on my next purchase of $30. Every year I go through the same thing... It won't except anything I want to purchase. There are way too many exclusions and it's very frustrating and time-consuming trying to figure out what's covered and what's not. I am done.
